This challenge is so you have bragging rights over cleaning up after your craft session, organizing a supply or your whole room, sorting or editing photos, organizing page kits, basically anything that’s not actually crafting that needs to get finished in the craft room.
If you’re on the team challenge you can claim 1 point for each hour spent. Your time doesn’t have to be consecutive.

Thank you LisaDV - yes - can't scrap when the table is piled high with stuff, scrappy or otherwise, and cleaning it off got me motivated to use it

I will be organizing this weekend. I need to be able to use the bed in my scraproom for company the first weekend in May. I've been slogging away a couple hours per weekend for a two weeks so far. I will post pics when I am finally finished which will have to be some time in April!

yesterday I spent 2 hrs downloading photos from my camera, editing them, uploading to my FB and to two different GS pages. And then downloading DS's photos from his trip to Tokyo that he finally shared.
today I spent another 2 hrs placing photo orders, sorting the printed photos I've recently received, and clearing off my scrapbook desk. I need to come up with some sort of way of sorting my PL/cut-apart cards...I moved them to a box where they can stand upright but that's as far as I've gotten.

I sort PL cards by size, orientation, and by whether I can journal or not on them. Good luck with your own system. I did some downloading and organizing of new digi items. 1 hour over the last 2 days.

I did way too much shopping this weekend and ended up spending 2 hrs putting away purchases and sorting the PL cards - I bought a box for them at Big Lots and made 'file folders' from white cardstock and sorted by theme with one folder for theme-less ones. I have WAY too many so I need to start using them more (esp. since I don't do pocket layouts).

I wish I had my physical stash here so I could use my plethora of cards up.

So many collections and paper pads come with the cut-apart cards now and I'm accumulating them faster than I can use them up. I'm hoping with them organised and all in one place, I'll remember to look through them and use them more.

Uggh, I've been forced into organising this month, a LOT more than I wanted to.....
My external hard drive is playing up. I thought it had crashed completely, which would have meant that I lost everything since I bought the EHD - all of my photos, digital scrapbooking purchases and all my layouts since 20th January. Luckily I can manage to log on for short periods of time and try to back up as much as possible. It has also prompted (forced?) me to purchase extra cloud storage, because I'm not prepared to risk losing my stuff - this is the third EHD that has crashed.
We had a public holiday for Anzac day on Thursday, and I was looking forward to spending the day scrapping, but instead I spent almost all day trying to recover stuff.
Then today I realised that I didn't have my photos from Easter Sunday, and I know I downloaded them because I then deleted them off the SD card. So then I had to download some recovery software and luckily was able to recover them off the card. Phew!
I *think* I have recovered almost all of my photos, purchases and layouts - there are only a few missing, I'm not going to worry too much about it. I've spent enough time already on this near-disaster.

AussieMeg, That so stinks. A scrapbookers worst nightmare. I'm glad you have recovered almost everything. It is not fun to go through this. It is a good reminder to us all to be relentless in our backing up. I have 2 backups for my photos and just started a 3rd but really only have 1 main backup for digital supplies. I need to start a second spot for those. I see a new challenge being posted in my future.
