This is so cool. She uses cut cardstock to form the shape of the stamp, then just uses gel and a cheap nail setting lamp, and can many custom stamps! I keep saying I'm going to try this and she keeps making the process easier and easier.

Cool! I’ve made stamps from diecutting fun foam but i like this idea too. If you had a metal die but wanted the stamp a different size you could resize the cutout on a cameo and then cut the cardstock layers.

Interesting idea.
I bought the stamp material from Silhouette when they had it awhile ago. It was okay, but you couldn't really make a highly detailed stamp. I also bought the Silhouette Mint. You can get better detail, but the supplies are costly, and I haven't found that many designs that I wanted to turn into a stamp.
I would love to be able to make my own stamps, whether rubber or photopolymer, that are like the ones you buy from the better companies, but I have never found a source other than expensive custom orders.

She did another video summarizing the 3 methods: printing, cutting vinyl, cutting paper.
I've watched her for years and she really has gotten this down to a science of consistent, quick technique. And you can now buy supplies from her Amazon affiliate links.

I've watched her videos for a while, but figured since she kept getting better at it, that it might reach a level of ease I'd be willing to try. I'll need to watch the videos for the updates.

Wow, that’s really cool! I’ve made them before with the sheets of rubber that Pazzles sold in their stamp making kit but this method would allow you to make much more detailed designs.
