Ugh. There are not enough hours in the day or days in the week. I swear every weekend is starting to fill up. I NEED one day of the weekend to just stay home!
I want to play, sob. OK, maybe too dramatic!
Who else is frustrated?

We are supposed to have a blizzard here Thursday into Friday. I am taking Thursday off for sure. I plan to do a house project in the morning and take a scrapbook day for myself all afternoon. Whoo!
Boo to the fracking snowstorm. We've had more than enough snow here in the Twin Cities.

mikklynn I'm in SE MN and they are talking snow and rain here those days too. Or both on those days. I agree, we have had ENOUGH snow. Sorry you have to deal with a blizzard. Just because we had a snowstorm last year on April 18th doesn't mean we want to do it again. Have fun scrapping and stay safe and warm!!

I've been half heartedly organizing my supplies. Mainly stamps and manual diecuts. It's probably been more to just play with my stuff. I do have them sorted by category. I really need to have less out. My son got into powdered sugar yesterday. There's still a fine layer of white powder in the oddest places.

I have six Sparkle City layouts finished, except for journaling. My goal tomorrow is to write the journaling, photograph, and post those layouts.
I need to order prints! I haven't ordered photos since last summer and I'm anxious to work on current photos/events.
Does anyone have a link to albums that are reasonably priced? My Michaels doesn't carry any 12x12 3-ring albums. I probably need 8-12 albums for current loose pages. Ugh.
There is so much I love about this hobby, but dealing with albums, supply organization, and photo organization are not my favorite tasks.

just got a call from my LSS lady. She keeps a wish list for each of her customers and when she is placing or receiving an order she contacts us to confirm if we still want a particular product. Ordered four Pioneer 3-inch 3 ring binders (D ring), one for each season.

Just throwing this out there... I am in search of the Wonder Woman die that Tuesday Morning sold about 6 weeks ago. Talked myself out of it, and now I feel I must have it. Has anyone seen it in their TM?

*Pouts in scrapbooker*
Snapfish tracking estimated my photos to be delivered by April 9th.
Were they?
Nope.
But my local USPS has had them since the 4th. Why can't they just deliver them?

But my local USPS has had them since the 4th. Why can't they just deliver them? Boo UPS! I picked up the cold that my BIL and nephew came to visit with on the weekend. It's not super bad yet... but it slows me down and makes me want to avoid things that need to be done, just hibernate on the couch after work instead of being productive. Last night, DH and I Netflixed "Hot Fuzz". Not the movie I expected. I then headed to my scrap space and did 30 minutes on a layout that is inches away from completion. Nice thing was...I was journaling and DDs dance costumes from last year, and my DD wandered by, so I asked for her input...and she *totally* changed the context and feel of what I was writing. Her words got used and I'm much more pleased with the layout because of that.

I can screenshot my teen's post with their photo and have their thought underneath.

I am doing a lot of spring cleaning this week so this weekend I can be in my craft room. I don't care what I am doing in there as long as I am in there. So much still needs to be done. I need to also start packing for my crop. I want to get my new shelves up and get my new paper storage in place.
Last weekend we went on an LSS adventure. We only went to two stores but we saw some people we know and I got a couple things on my wish list. I actually think my wish list is currently empty.

I have dozens of pages not in albums, so I am making it a priority to put pages in albums everyday. It's a big job lol but one page at a time. Will be going to a weekend crop in 2 weeks, so packing for that too! Anyone else scrapping or organizing???

Every time someone says that my brain goes "wha???". I'm scrapping and cussing, because it is STILL snowing. Thank goodness it's not accumulating any more.

I'm excited to go to a crop with my ladies tomorrow, 3-11....its low key and just a great time! I have a few kits already together, made a couple more, and I am going to pull some photos I organized (last year!) for these kits and see what I can get accomplished.

Anyone else scrapping or organizing??? I've been organizing my stamps and diecuts a little bit each day. I've planned 21 pages for my Family Album (I use divided sheet protectors). I'm going to order a bunch of photos in the next couple of weeks. I don't have any past mid 2015. Hopefully, by then I'll have a good idea of the stash I own. I've overlooked or forgot about a lot of fun and versatile items!
ETA: I'm actually getting excited about getting pages done! Life has been very overwhelming lately, so I've been doing this in tiny little increments. I'm almost there!

I am a chronological scrapper and I am working on 2002. I have 25 page kits ready to go, but I do them in a random order for the year. I don't put them in a book until the year is done. I do kind of hide them from site though because I want them to be in a book.

I also would like a volunteer to put them away....

I had 2 pages for my DD's album sitting out. I was going to wait to put them in her album until I did another layout, but when I got up they were bugging me and I put them in. Seriously, I LOVE how different we all are here.

Like you, my books are chronological, but I scrapbook somewhat randomly. That is why I only use 3 ring binder albums. I never know when I'll have to slip in a page or two.

I scrapbook somewhat randomly and keep chronological-ish but in various albums which is why I only put away once a year. I separate layouts for each album theme and put them in chronological order, then get the corresponding albums out. It usually involves some rearranging. Also I only print my digital layouts once or twice a year (usually once). I like to have them all for the year just to see what I’ve accomplished too. Yes, it’s a great hobby to accommodate so many different ways of doing things.

I tend to get a little behind sometimes and let some layouts pile up. Especially ones that need journaling and titles. Once it hits about a dozen I can't stand it anymore. I used to do layouts start to finish and put in an album before moving on to another layout. I've relaxed quite a bit. I used to scrap strictly chronologically but now I enjoy going back and scrapping an old story and like a little blast from the past in an album. DH and I celebrated our anniversary on Thursday and among my gifts were a Raskog and a sewing machine. I'm so thrilled to reorganize my supplies and free up some desk space and to be able to sew on my layouts again. I've been missing that for a long time.

I probably have 150 or more pages not in albums. I don’t scrap chronologically so it gets to be a pain. I need my house to be my own so I have room to sort out layouts and albums. That may never happen.

It’s driving me crazy that my Selphy printer won’t work with my Mac as they haven’t released new drivers and I can’t find a print service that prints them anywhere near as good. I think I’m going to have to fork out for the updated Selphy with air print.

That may never happen. My albums would probably drive some people nuts. All of the layouts are organized chronologically except they are in different stages of being completed. Then there are a lot of post it notes in the page protectors of what I need to do to finish the pages. I have a boomerang kid. He was gone for a year, back for maybe six months, and he's out again. I asked him to at least clear off the makeshift table desk I have in his room, so I can leave messy things out. Still, if I do work in there, it will be going up and down the stairs to get things. Ugh! Currently, I have scrap stuff in my living room and do things at the kitchen table.
