I swear I'm going to have to stay off of it! The Zulily ads get me every time. They have the cutest summer dresses on today for like $19- Buy Me. And then there's always the shoe ads, the protein bar ads, the workout shorts, and any other ads from links that all of you get me to click on... I need to come out of retirement to support my habit!

Not really. I am much more likely to spend money on Instagram (or because of things recommended on 2 Peas).

Zulily, I will buy from. But so much of that sponsored stuff is blatant Chinese rip offs of stuff you can buy here - with the nerve to use the real products videos to sell their stuff, I refuse to buy any of it anymore.

I tend to click “hide ad” because they irritate me.

I use an ad blocker on my iPad and phone so I almost never see any ads. Plus I hardly ever go on Facebook.

Those Zulily snap button cardigans I am a sucker for, cause they're actually decently made. I also got a couple of maxi dresses recently, that were really nice too. Not everything from there has been a winner, though. I bought what was advertised as 3 by 1 picture canvas prints for my wall, and they turned out to be a print on MDF board.

Not really. I am much more likely to spend money on Instagram (or because of things recommended on 2 Peas). Ditto. I'm not crazy about Facebook in general, so it doesn't tempt me. Other social media site does though! I'm a sheep when it comes to shopping sometimes.

I tend to click “hide ad” because they irritate me. Me too! I think the only thing I’ve bought because of FB is a t shirt for dh. It was liked by a friend and dh loves it.

I have been looking for some new sandals. After browsing the shoe thread here and a couple of other sites, Famous Footwear keeps popping up in my feed. What kills me is that my local FF does not carry the ones I really want so I have order online. I have not pulled the trigger yet. I follow a few other shopping sites and have to resist their flash sales.

Not usually, but I did recently purchase this cute pair of Keds thanks to a FB ad. I love them, though, and they were on sale.
Now if the weather would just cooperate so I can wear them! That would be awesome.

Nope. I am touchy-feely person.
I was forced to get a cost- co membership. That place separates me from my money.

FB ads reflect sites I've already looked at so I can't say they cause me to spend money. You, on the other hand, Just T, reminded me I was tempted by a pair of Kate Spade floral Keds I saw last week so clicked through to see if they are a better price. And now I'm tempted by the Rifle Paper Garden Party instead.

I'm glad the ones I purchased were on sale for $39 when I got them. I stupidly assumed that for $80 regular price they must have been leather/fake leather, so I was surprised when I got them to discover they are canvas. I doubt I would have bought them if I knew that since canvas so much harder to keep looking nice. Hence why I haven't worn them; I am afraid I'm going to mess them up. LOL They are so cute though.

No. Most ads on FB are for online stores with horrible reviews. I always check the reviews of stores when I see something I like in FB, or IG. 9 times out of 10, I wouldn’t touch those stores.
I spend money on Zulily sometimes, but not because they advertise on FB. 🤪😉

Not really. Occasionally I impulse buy a product from a Facebook ad or see a post from a restaurant or shop we follow and take advantage of a special. But only occasionally.

Nope not at all. I rarely see anything advertised that temps me on FB, yahoo, Pinterest or Instagram.

No, I ignore the ads but then I really don't like Facebook and am only on there for short visits to check in with a couple of groups or post a scrapbook video on my page. I see Instagram ads if I view it on my phone but you don't see ads if you use Instagram on a computer which I think is a big bonus.
The only ones that might snag me are the ones on Pinterest as they look so much like regular pins. I don't think I've ever bought anything from them.
Banner ads for companies I already buy for are the mostly likely to get my attention, particularly when they are advertising a sale.

Sort of.
My 2019 planner came from an site advertised on FB. I will buy the same brand again next year.
Recently, I purchased a doll from Cuddle and Kind for my niece. It is adorable! Haven’t given it to her yet as I’ve had no time with school.
My last purchase was yesterday. So, we shall see how that one turns out. K

Definitely not - most ads on facebook I find are ugly or likely very poorly made in China...
The only thing that causes me to spend money are all the catalogs I get in the mail!

Yes! But it's those Bustle ads "37-things you need from Amazon" that get me. I usually end up only needing one of the things, but at least one gets me every time.

I was going to say never, but this reminds me that I have been tempted by the posts from Penzey's. Otherwise, I have unliked/unfollowed virtually all businesses on FB. And I ignore the promoted ads.

I don't think fb causes me to spend but they certainly do enable! It is great at finding sites that provide items I've been looking for but haven't bought because I havent found the exact right thing or price. FB provides that quite often.
