I'm starting to think the delivery person is walking the box to my house. Shipped on the 19th, and won't be here until the 30th. So far my box has been in Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, and is currently sitting in Montana. I guess they somehow skipped Minnesota and North Dakota for a complete tour of the Northern US If I remember correctly how Fedex works, the last agonzing part will be when it's 40 minutes from my house, goes three hours north, then three hours south before it actually gets here. Meanwhile I ordered something from another scrapbook place, it was here in two days. I know first world problems... but I want my stuff!

Yeah, I am in Ohio which is obviously just one state away and I became so frustrated that I quit ordering from them.

FedEx Ground and SmartPost are the WORST. They seem to have anything I order randomly meandering about the United States forever before I finally receive it. That is IF I actually receive it. Two packages lost in the last couple of years...tracking for a few days and then nothing. Customer service is of no help and I ended up getting refunded on both. FedEx Ground was the culprit in both cases.
Another random FedEx ground thing...DH ordered some breakable items from a company in CA. Package shipped and was in transit when it suddenly went back to CA for several days. Another few days and it arrived here. 6 of the 8 items were smashed to bits. They were in bubble wrap but still very loose in box. We found ONE styrofoam packing peanut in the box. ONE! DH took pics of box and how items arrived and sent them to company he ordered from. Lo and behold, it wasn't their box! They also have branded packing tape they use on all boxes as well which was nowhere to be found. Obviously someone at FedEx was rough was original box so they took it back, repackaged it knowing damn well the stuff was smashed, and sent it to us. They had apparently removed all the packing peanuts and didn't bother to put them back but one escaped them. The company we ordered from happily replaced items but they were very displeased with FedEx and were going to use DH's photos to confront them.

11 days is approximately the time it takes for an order from scrapbook.com to reach me in France.

I just ordered from ACOT about 2 weeks ago. I have never had a problem with their shipping. I ordered on a Wed or Thur morning (whenever Wolf Pack hit the store) and got it on Monday.
I am sorry that yours is taking so long.

But I do upgrade to priority. My last order took 4 days but I used free shipping and did not upgrade.

I hear you! My order supposedly shipped 4/11 and I still didn't have it as of yesterday, 4/23. It was supposed to be delivered Monday 4/21, still 10 days shipping. So ridiculous. Update says it's at the post office, so I hope I can pick it up today. I always order from ACOT reluctantly, knowing that it will require a lot of patience.

Sometimes I wonder how much it would cost to ship myself somewhere. Then get out at the various places and look around a day or two, then get back in the package and visit the next place.

I have often found with ACOT, the tracking says delivery Thursday and it shows up Monday (early). It's weird.
I like that I can usually get my order 20% off, plus use rewards points, so I tolerate the slow shipping.

Paper issues usually gets it to me in 48 hours or less. The last time I ordered from acot (3ish years ago) it was like 2 weeks to get my order! No thanks. I don’t even look there anymore.

Sounds like my SSS order which has been sitting at Auckland Airport since the 12th. This happens every single time - it's like they paid for ultra slow delivery. I must stop ordering from SSS or get things sent to my Oregon delivery address instead and forwarded on from there. This is ridiculous!

ACOT also takes longer to ship out than they used to, they have been my go to place for the last 9 years but they have gone downhill. I live in the same state as ACOT but they take longer than Scrapbook.com who ships out immediately and I can get my package 2 days after ordering even though I live across the country from them. Also the last few times I did Pre-Order from them other places had the product in first and I had to wait longer with ACOT.

I order from ACOT several times a year and never have had a problem. Sorry you are having to wait for your goodies.

Weird. My boxes usually come in about 3 days. For me (in Virginia), it's fast shipping compared to other companies.
