grammadee, thanks for sharing your space. How awesome to have all those cabinets!! Did you make that “I am an artist” sign? That’s a perfect sign for your space. hop2, you’ve gotten your space all “ship-shape” as they say. That yellow cart is adorable. I also like the organized 5x7 iris cases of ephemera and your punch holders. Thanks for sharing your spaces! I love seeing them.

I did not make that sign. It was a gift from justjac. I love it, but have not managed to get it onto the wall: it is just propped up behind the Cricut.

I think I might have shared these before, or a few of them, anyway. These were taken probably about 2 years ago and a few things have changed (mostly that it is messier) but it's generally the same configuration. I have the top floor of my old house as a studio/study space and there is also a full bath and a guest bedroom up here. The most unusual thing about my space is probably that there is a bookcase that is actually a hidden door to the attic. It's really cool. I will try to find a photo of it but this first photo is taken while I am standing with my back to the hidden door. The bank of kitchen cabinets/drawers/countertop is where I store a lot of mixed media type stuff, along with stamping supplies and my extra adhesives, enamel dots, brads, etc. Standing near the secret bookcase door by Seanna., on Flickr Here's a photo of the bookcase/hidden door off in the background on the left. Standing near the entrance of the room by Seanna., on Flickr This is still in exactly the same spot, but all the cubes hold paper shelves like the ones on the right now. The thing that got this all started by Seanna., on Flickr We took the doors off one of the closets in the room and I have this stuff behind me as I sit at my desk. 12x12 alpha-chipboard-stickers-some collections by Seanna., on Flickr Also behind my desk: Alex drawers and cubes by Seanna., on Flickr Another shot from one end of the room. Just to the right of the closed door (the bedroom) with the travel poster are the stairs that lead down to the main part of the house. Overview of the room from opposite the entrance by Seanna., on Flickr Here's an older view of my desktop at night. Now it has a black glass Tim Holtz mat on it. Desk view by Seanna., on Flickr This is where I keep my thickers, in those top three drawers to the right. The rest of the drawers hold various scrappy and non-scrappy related things, including the bottom right drawer, which holds scrappy Christmas stuff. The view from my study perch by Seanna., on Flickr Bonus shot of the guest room door open. That tall dark wood thing is an armoire that we took when my inlaws died. My FIL built it for my MIL to store some of her jewelry (she had a LOT of jewelry) and it had pegboard for her to hang her necklaces. It's perfect for scrapbook storage. When you open it or get near it, it smells like their house (it's a distinctive but very pleasant smell). I find it comforting when I go into the armoire for stuff. It holds some excess scrap stuff and storage boxes. Entrance to Scrap Attic bedroom by Seanna., on Flickr

wordfish What brand paper trays are in your cubes? I have the WRMK but they are a tad to big for my Kallax cubes (formally Expedit from Ikea) so they are on top.

Four of them are by Display Dynamics, which apparently you can't find anymore, and the other four were from scrapbook.com. WRMK shelves that fit in Kallax or Expedit They are different from the original WRMK kind--I also have some of those and like you, keep them on top of a shelf because they don't fit. I think these were developed specifically to replace the ones that didn't fit in the Expedit/Kallax because you can't get the old WRMK kind anymore, I don't believe.

My room is currently doubling as our kitchen so no crafting is happening and it’s a disaster. After we move back into our kitchen a purge and reorganization is on my list. My room is located in what we call the “sunroom”. It was originally a side porch that was enclosed in 1968 and 1/2 bath added. It’s next to the living room so I don’t feel isolated from DH. This is just the desk area and my Kallax on the opposite wall.

lisacharlotte I feel your pain. My laundry room doubled as our kitchen for a whole summer 4 years ago. I had an ugly cry one morning, just trying to find everything for a bowl of cereal! It was worth it in the end. I love my new kitchen. I like your space. I look forward to the day I have my own space and can buy a second Alex drawer set. I'd like to arrange it similar to yours.

scrappington, great space. I love your industrial shelves and your personal touches - like your Muppet memorabilia. lisacharlotte, then these photos are before it started doubling as the kitchen? Because I don't think I've ever been that tidy. I like the alex drawers set up with the printers. I hope your kitchen is done soon so you can get back to crafting.

in the middle of creating, it's a disaster. However, I have to clean everything before I start a new project. I cannot start a project in chaos. I've not been able to craft at my desk because the messy kitchen area kills my mojo. Luckily I've been attending crops at my LSS to get my creative juices going.
