Happy Saturday, a bit early. This time around I choose to use an actual digital template for the sketch. It's not available anymore for sale, but I loved the punched out hexagons. I love it Lisa! Your LO looks great with the patterned paper and the tone on tone elements. I'm sure I bought a template with hexagons, because I was going to post a challenge next month. I was very happy to see that someone else posted one this month. Now I've just got to find it. I love the cut out look, I did a similar thing with triangles a few months back, now I have to remember how.

I have amazed even myself...over 1/2 done this sketch tonight  I *love* starting with a sketch (and I did some pea-inspiration too) because my choices were so narrowed down I dove into the layout with plans fully formed! Thanks LisaDV! |

AussieMeg, Gorgeous layout. I love embossed stars in the background and the large title. kitbop, you can find some Basic Grey digital papers here at snapclicksupply. Not sure what they have.

I love this design because I'm usually so "layers of rectangles" in my layouts. I used diamonds instead of hexies, and added just a few clusters   layout dance hair struggles by kirstendrew, on Flickr |
