I'm a handicap space parker and take the first one I come to. Plus my car is small and easy to park.

I am a left side girl. It's a bit of a family joke that I do many things well but parking is not one of them so I have to have a car that make it easy for me as well as a spot on the left side. Forget about parallel parking.

I don’t think about it. I”m just happy to find an open spot within reasonable distance of the door or cart corral.

I’m ambidextrous and so is my parking preference. I just take what’s available and if I have to walk a ways so be it. I refuse to do the California crawl and drive around for 15 minutes to get one up front.

I've never thought about it. I do tend to like the pull through spaces.
It's also my preference to park next to nicer cars, who are in the lines, b/c I expect they'll respect my car too (and not door ding it).
Typically, I park far away from the door with an open space on both sides of me.
As for right or left - I don't think I have a preference, but I'll for sure be paying attention if I do in the future.

It depends on which kid(s) I have in the car. Toddler's seat is on the left; Baby's seat is on the right. Both require a certain amount of space to get in and out of the car (baby is still in the infant seat), so that's what I pay attention to.
