I just received a sample of Solar Bloom by Clean from an online Sephora order. It is fresh and bright and just... clean smelling. Might be worth placing an order for...

I like Jo Malone Grapefruit Cologne, and Jo by Jo Loves - both citrus-based scents

Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue it's very light and smells great! This is what I wear as well. Nice and light. Not flowery or fruity. I used to wear Roots for her. This is light like that.

My favorite is Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet. Soft and flowery, but not heavy at all.

Another vote for Jo Malone Wood Sage and Sea Salt. It has an outdoorsy smell that I absolutely love.

I have a new one with a lavender scent that I bought a few years ago in Taiwan that I love. Unfortunately, it's not sold here so I've been very frugal with it.

Green Tea from Elizabeth Arden, I also have the shower gel, body lotion and the lovely shampoo. Also Women by Calvin Klein is great. I love Downtown by Calvin Klein & CK Shock. Juicy Couture also has a lot of good ones. Rah, Rah Rouge is one of my favorites of theirs. Falling in Love is my favorite by Philosophy. I also like Fresh Cream & Warm Cashmere, but if you don't like vanilla, you probably won't like that one. Clinique My Happy Cocoa & Cashmere (the purple bottle) is good too. I could probably go on all day.

PLEASE consider the sizable number of your fellow humans who are made very ill in the presence of fragrance. I can't tell you how many performances have been ruined for me because someone, often several people, near me, wore perfume or fragrance. When it's an assigned seating venue, I have little recourse but to leave sometimes. I ALWAYS have a doozie of a migraine.

Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue it's very light and smells great! This is my go to. I really can’t stand any fragrance that is heavy. This is light and clean.

flanz oh dear, what a nightmare for you. I will make a point going forward to not wear perfume in those types of settings. I typically only put it on for date night or a night out with girl friends.

flanz oh dear, what a nightmare for you. I will make a point going forward to not wear perfume in those types of settings. I typically only put it on for date night or a night out with girl friends. Thank you for your thoughtfulness, sweet pea friend. It is so very discouraging when it happens. There are three of us in my church that have the same issue and we ask that no one wear fragrance to services/events. One of my friends immediately loses her voice. I was seated close to the front to watch our son receive his degree. Someone came in and sat beside me. She was drenched in perfume, but even a little would have made me sick. I traded places with someone many many seats away. Afterwards the perfumed lady and I had a chance to talk and I told her why I had moved. She smacked her head, said she works in a hospital and isn't allowed to wear perfume to work... and that she should have known better. It's always really appreciated when people, like you, are open to receiving this feedback and esp. when you're willing to make a change moving forward. xo

This thread is going to cost me money... I got samples of Kat Von D's Sinner and Saint in a Sephora Play box. I love Saint. In fact, they sent me another one last month so I haven't had to buy any, yet. But it's vanilla, musk, and jasmine...

I like Loveswept by Philosophy, it’s nice and light. And although I haven’t purchased it yet, I have a sample of Jo Malone’s Earl Grey and Cucumber and I love it.
