Yes, a few over the years. As lucyg said, we met 😘 leftturnonly and I just missed one another last year, but she is an offboard buddy as well. Several years ago I had coffee with old-board Craftchickapowpow -- I don't think she made it here and I lost her contact info, sadly. With all of the Peas in WA, we probably unknowingly crossed paths at some point!

@havetoomuchstuff made the mistake of inviting me to a day crop a couple years ago, and now she can't get rid of me. Next crop is in 10 days. We "met" here on one of those "where a Pea lives" threads. no I did not make a mistake lol...love getting to see you at crops

I met many of the Houston Peas at Pea get togethers when I was living in Houston. Now that I'm living in OK, I wish we could have an Oklahoma pea get together. I usually go to Kaitlyn's Crop and sit in the pea corner. (Unfortunately, I can't go this year). We always have a great time and I consider some of the peas to be really good friends. (I'm talking about you, **GypsyGirl** !)

Yes! I've met 2 actually.
Outspoken and I met in Dayton, Ohio 2 years ago because both our girls went to the national winter guard championships (WGI for those who are familiar). I live in NYS and she's in Florida. She was so lovely and made the bus wait for her so she could see my girl perform (her guard performed, then there was a break then it was our turn). She walked out of the arena with me, give my girlie a big hug and we've kept in touch ever since.
Doing the card swap 2 years ago, I received a card from someone in my area and I was thinking, damn that name looks familiar. It was beachhappy22 also known as my friend Paula, who works at the same VA hospital as I do. We had spoken on the phone many times and never knew that each other was a Pea.
Aww! I just love my Cat and her girls! ❤️❤️❤️

Several peas come from out of town each year so it's the only chance I have to visit with them. dewryce - We might have met then because I was attending all the crops in that time frame. I would have been sitting with Cara in TX and the other peas. cherivall usually kept us sequestered in a corner somewhere because we had a tendency to be a bit rowdy!

I'm sure if you picked out place and date and announced it, you could get a few peas together.

I used to be some what active on the old Two Peas Photography Board. TT(aka Paul) - he was a Pea and a professional photographer from Hawaii who organized and led a few Photo Workshops/Meetings in the D/FW area for “photo Peas”. They were really great fun and I learned so much from him. I think about a dozen or so Photo Peas participated in each meetup- some even flew in from other states. One of my best memories from when I lived in Texas and of the old 2Peas board.
The Photography Board from the old site had a big meltdown long before the actual board did, the majority of the Photography Peas went to a private group (I wasn’t invited - Ha) and few, if any migrated to this board. In retrospect, that all might have been for the best.

Yes, our tables were a bit on the loud side, it was such fun and for a wonderful cause!

So fun you got to meet up! I have met a number of peas and have spent time with three peas just this past week (my daughter and I are driving cross country)! If any of y'all pass through the Grand Canyon, drop me a line. I was there last month, did you see me waving?

How fun! And whhen you find out you have more in common. I've known CherryMoon. She comes around every so often. But she was part of the old board along with a few others that live here in Arizona. We met for lunch one time. Some of us kept in touch through email. It was fun. I'm super shy, in person or with a group. lol! I also worked at the local scrapbookstore so some had come in and say hi too. They were a mix of the old board.

My mother is a Pea, so I've clearly met her, lol! But I'll never reveal her identity, as I tend to ruffle feathers here and I don't want people to impose their irritation with me on her. She knows who I am and knows my post history, and I don't *think* she would really care if I said (because like all great moms, she loves me, even when I'm being cranky on a message board), but it's important to me that we be seen as separate individuals and not "Pea's bitchy daughter" and "poor Peatlejuice's mom". Beyond that, I've also met a couple Peas via my mom, strictly in the context of being her daughter, back in the days of the old board. I don't think either of those Peas are active here.
Fun story, though. I actually never told my mom my username here, and for a long time, told her I only lurked here without an account (plausible deniability and all). It took her all of about a month to figure out who I was, and she let me carry on the white lie of "lurking" for close to a year before she finally told me that she'd known all along. I'm 37, and I still can't keep a secret from her, lol. Moms always know. So, Mom, if you're reading this, hi, and I love you for putting up with me!

I’ve met some peas! And they are all just as lovely as you would think.
We may fight here, but when it comes down to it I’d open my home to any one of you.

I met gramma last year at Sacramento Scrapbook Expo. We sat together at the crop and she does some fantastic layouts! She also had some friends along and it turns out I knew one of her friends!

I met 3 from the old board, not sure they post here. We SB together for a while, but I quit going to the get togethers after a short time. I know 2 are still local, and one lives very close to me, but I don't keep in touch (my bad, I know).

Several over the years; my husband rolls his eyes over my excitement over meeting peas in the wild. I feel like for every 1 I meet though, there's gotta be at least 2 lurking at crops and expos 👀.

Several peas come from out of town each year so it's the only chance I have to visit with them. Let me know when you're going to pop in and I'll try to as well! Maybe we can start the conversation for a Pea Eat - it's been forever. The last one I recall was the one Teri was at.

I think all of the peas I’ve met were at scrapbooking events The most recent was in May at a scrapbooking garage sale.
