Or in a central location?
I like to keep bathroom cleaning supplies in each bathroom, so I can 'on the fly' do a quick cleanup. Clorox wipes, baby!!
I was listening to a podcast (so many of my sentences start with this phrase!) and they were talking about organization. They were talking about duplicates taking up room, yada yada-- and advocated having ONE grouping of cleaning supplies, to save space, and to have a better handle on when you are running out of items.
How do you do it?

Central location. I usually use a hand towel at the end of the day to wipe off surfaces. Hand towel then goes in hamper. Weekly deep cleaning involves going to central location to grab all cleaning supplies.

A jug of white vinegar and baby wipes in the bathroom, kitchen, and utility room. Windex is in the utility room. Bleach in any form is not used.

I have three bathrooms, one on the main floor and two upstairs. I keep basic cleaning supplies (toilet bowl cleaner and brush, wipes, paper towels) in each bathroom. I don’t want to be hauling things up and down the stairs and I prefer that the toilet brushes stay in the bathroom.
Other cleaning supplies are kept in an upstairs bathroom AND in the laundry room on the main floor. Again, I see no point in hauling things up and down if I don’t need to. And if I see a need to clean something quickly, the supplies are close by and I’m more likely to do it than if I have to go farther to get what I need.
I’m all about convenience.

3 toilets to clean, 2 are upstairs. Each bathroom has its own supplies. I now it is duplication, but would rather do that than climb stairs again and walk all over house to get things.
If my budget were very tight, I'd go for just one location and no duplication.

Clorox/Lysol wipes in 1 upstairs (the other bathroom is small but close by) and downstairs bathroom (for convenience); toilet brush is the same (who wants to carry a toilet brush all over the house, blech!). Bathtub cleaners are kept in the bathroom w/ the tub. Basic kitchen cleaners (like spray for the counters, dish cleaners, brushes, etc) are kept under kitchen sink. All other basic cleaners are kept in the broom closet (in the kitchen). Carpet cleaners are in the basement with the carpet cleaner. Vacuum is kept in the upstairs closet. Long story short....all over the house. And in reality few of them are ever used b/c cleaning lady brings her own stuff (except floor cleaner which I provide in the broom closet )

Cleaning supplies in each bathroom. The kids are responsible for cleaning their own bathrooms, and it would be a nightmare tracking them down each time if they didn’t get put back in the central location.
Basic daily kitchen supplies are under the sink—ceramic cooktop cleaner, Bar Keepers Friend, Dawn, and soap for the dishwasher, plus a container of Clorox wipes.
More general supplies that won’t be used every day (window cleaner, Mr Clean for the floors, bleach) are in the laundry room.

I keep bathroom cleaning supplies in each of my 3 bathrooms. Then I have a closet on my main floor with the general cleaning supplies like dusting cloths, glass cleaner, etc. I also have a vacuum cleaner on each floor. I have a 3 story house, and this is just easier than constantly lugging a bunch of crap up and down stairs.

Cleaning supplies in each bathroom and under kitchen sink. Laundry supplies and less often used cleaning supplies in a laundry room cabinet. Dry cleaning supplies like Swiffer pads and microfiber towels stored in closet in my craft room. Housecleaner's cleaning supplies stored in pantry. That's a lot of real estate for cleaning supplies, LOL. Hmmm. Should probably rethink this.

Each bathroom has cleaning supplies. The kitchen does, too. New supplies are kept on the floor of the linen closet.

I keep them where I’ll need them. When I had a house ( once the kids were old enough to not eat stuff ) there was a set of cleaners in every bathroom & under the kitchen sink. If I had to go down stairs to get cleaner & cloths I’d most likely get distracted with another task and forget what I was going to clean. So having the cleaners handy was more convenient for me.

I INTEND to keep them in all in one place but it never happens.. so yeah all over the house and then when I need something it is never in the place I think it should be.

Each bathroom has everything needed to clean it kept under the sink. I tend to swish/swipe daily in the two bathrooms we use regularly so that only makes sense. The other two get only weekly cleaning unless guests are here using them.
Kitchen has cleaning supplies under the sink. Broom & mop are in the laundry room which is also where general housecleaning supplies are kept (like for dusting, upholstery cleaning, carpet spot cleaning, etc).
I'm a firm believer in the concept that it's easier to clean a clean house. It only makes sense to keep supplies as convenient as possible because then it takes no time to do a quick clean which in turn prevents me having to do a lot of heavy cleaning.

Mine are in one central place but I don’t have a big house so it’s no big deal to grab the caddy from the basement and go clean. There are cleaning wipes in the bathrooms but everything else is centralized. Usually I clean all my bathrooms at one go anyway.
Kitchen specific stuff is in the kitchen. Just BKF and my all purpose spray really and a small bottle of bleach for disinfecting water bottles once a week.

Like many others, I keep bathroom cleaning supplies in each bathroom. We have 5 bathrooms on 3 floors. I’m not interested in running up and down stairs for a bottle of windex and we have plenty of storage space.
Less frequently used supplies are kept in the linen closet. I also have things like the silver cleaner/goo gone/windex/kitchen cleaner under the kitchen sink now that the kids are old enough to not drink it.
I will say that when they were little and cleaning supplies had to be locked up, I kept almost everything in a cabinet above the washer/dryer. But that house was smaller and the bathrooms were only 15 feet apart.

General cleaning supplies kept in the laundry room cabinet. Each bathroom has a container of Clorox wipes and the master bath has the marble and shower cleaners stored there because that is the only place they are used.

Kitchens and bathrooms. I am another that would get distracted if I ran to the kitchen to get cleaning supplies for the bathroom. I have the attention span of a gnat.

I would much rather have duplicates taking up space than having to haul stuff up and down stairs or across the entire house. I also have certain things under the kitchen sink that I only use in the kitchen. Most of my cleaning happens on the fly when I see something needs doing and it’s more likely to happen if it can be done quickly. I have three bathrooms on two floors in my house, and the added bonus to having stuff in each is that if I run out of something in one bathroom I have backups elsewhere in the house that I can use immediately vs. having to add it to the list and wait to clean that thing until after I’ve had a chance to go shopping.

cleaning supplies in each bathroom in a caddy under the sink. Cleaning supplies for the lower level of the house are all in a linen closet down there, including a vacuum and mop. Duplicate that for the upper (main) level of the house - all cleaning supplies, mop and vacuum are kept in the laundry room. I do not enjoy chasing down supplies when I'm feeling the urge to clean.

I do not enjoy chasing down supplies when I'm feeling the urge to clean. Yup! Because for me, those urges are fleeting. Gotta embrace the urge!

Each bathroom has its own set of cleaning supplies. I hate lugging stuff all over the house. Each level has its own swiffer, because I swiffer constantly (my lovely lab should be bald judging by the amount she sheds). I also have a dyson rechargeable in my bedroom closet to deal with minor vacuuming upstairs. My main dyson is on the main floor, and my older canister vacuum is in the basement. I figure if my cleaning supplies are handy, I’m more likely to clean!

Dyson and Shark are usually on the main floor, but sometimes upstairs, depending on where they were last used. I just got a new Swiffer to do the non-carpeted areas on the main floor (my husband preferred a mop but now that I have to do the floors, that’s changing), and I’m actually thinking about getting a second Swiffer for the second floor. The only non-carpet areas are the two bathrooms, but I’m much more likely to clean them more often if I notice they need it AND have the stuff close by to grab and do it right away.

Bathroom and the en-suite to the master bedroom are in the bathroom upstairs. Downstairs half bath and the the kitchen stuff is in the utility room ( laundry room) which is right next to the kitchen anyhow so not far to walk. I have a shelf in another cupboard for the " spares" in there. If I take anything to replenish the other two off that shelf I know I need to buy a replacement when I go to the store.

I keep mine in a central location. I have two cleaning baskets...one for bathroom supplies and one for all other cleaning supplies. I keep them in the garage on a shelf and just take the appropriate basket to whatever room I need to clean.
