.............. treatment of 3 weeks, for a tumor, pancreatic cancer. Tumor found very early... NO evidence of any disease at this time........... .no further treatment at this time.
Biopsy July 31...

Should I have left Badger........... she is a very fierce woman as are badgers!!

Yikes! I’m afraid every time I see her name in the news. This is scary, even if they are saying all is good. All is not that good when it is pancreatic cancer. I fear for her and the nation without her. I know! I keep wondering how many lives she has because she has beaten the odds before but I’m always afraid the next health scare is going to take her down. And while I wish she could retire and just spend time with family - if that’s what she would want to do - I fear what happens if she leaves the Court in any manner. |

Every time I see her name on a headline, I get heart palpitations even before I know what it’s about. For selfish reasons, really (the mere thought of 6-3 makes me tremble), but I do care about her and respect her a great deal. She has not cancelled even one of the eleven public appearances she’s scheduled for in Sept (I would imagine contingent on how well she recuperates). One can’t help but compare this woman’s work ethic and principles to those of the wus in the Oval.
