I have made these fantastic brownies for the first time a few weeks ago. Yum....is all I can say! I'm wondering if anyone has frosted these? If so, what did you use? No, they don't "need" frosting, but I'm working on a Halloween theme and have bones I want to decorate the top of the brownie with and "need" frosting. If you haven't frosted, but have a favorite chocolate frosting recipe please share. Thanks

No idea on frosting, but depending on your "bones" you could just sprinkle them on top before baking. I did that with larger sprinkles and it looked pretty good when it was done.

Here's a link to the recipe. They are so very good!! The bones I'm making are from candy molds so they too are either white chocolate or purple, or yellow, or orange......heeeeee Forgot to link! Big Bite Appetite

Thanks for posting the recipe. I might have to try these next. I made Apple Dumplings from the Pioneer Women yesterday and there are still a few left.

I know you asked for chocolate but for those who love peanut butter and can eat peanut butter, here is my favorite below. I found it at Allrecipes.com about 8 years ago. Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting for Brownies - Allrecipes.comI put more milk in it and whip it a little more for chocolate cake. Whether it is brownies or chocolate cake, it is a good combo. Either with this frosting is one of my most requested desserts.
