Today's Sketch is From Sept 2018 page maps. Here is the sketch I will get the example up tomorrow. 
Today's Recipe Twist is Apple pie! 1. Start with a good crust - Plain card stock for your base. 2. I always use 3 varieties of apples - so use 3 different pattern papers 3. for a little sugar - add some hearts. 4. Spice it up with - sequins , glitter or other shiny things. Have fun! |

This is my take on the sketch. I used the 'Over The Hill' kit by the GingerScraps design team. Once again I forgot about the twist until I'd just about finished - I only got 3/4 of the twist. I have a bit of a deconstructed pie. My crust is not on the bottom, but somewhere in the middle LOL.  I got this one done today. The sketch was perfect for my photos but I struggled with the twist...I hope my screw heads are sparkly enough to fit the requirement! |

@meelleek I think your screw heads definitely count! They are the perfect touch for your layout! I love the Notched border on the vertical strip.

I swapped pages... i was trying to tell a story in a certain order that would accomodate the photos... i ended up with a 12x12 of just journaling that i have no idea what to do with. but it was good to get my feelings out about this new cat that showed up much too soon after my precious 14 year old cat died. i used the kit here |
