I don't use a recipe anymore but this is similar to what I do allrecipes.com/Recipe/Brunswick-Stew/Detail.aspx?prop24=hn_slide1_Brunswick-Stew&evt19=14 ounces diced salt pork (I use a couple of slices of bacon cooked down. reserve drippings) 2 pounds chicken parts (you can use rotisserie chicken) 8 cups water (Chicken stock) 3 potatoes, cubed (I use about 5) 3 onions, chopped (2 onions) 1 (28 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, chopped (petite diced) 2 cups canned whole kernel corn (1lb bag frozen corn) 1 (10 ounce) package frozen lima beans (baby limas) 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 stalk celery finely chopped small cut the onions. saute in some of the bacon drippings. Dump everything in the crockpot and let cook all day or overnight. Stir it a few times so the chicken seperates. If you like tomatos add a second can of tomatos and decrease chicken stock by a cup or two. We use a couple of drops of hot sauce put it in at the beginning.
