We are huge fans of many of the Disney sitcoms like Good Luck Charlie, Liv and Maddie etc. Also, love their movies.
Looks like the new Disney service starts Nov 12th. We haven’t signed up yet but need to get on it soon. How about you? Will you subscribe?

My daughter signed up on her own! She's a big fan of the Marvel movies and there's going to be a Star Wars show. We'll probably chip in and pay part of it too. I'm excited to check out the vault of the really old movies like the original Parent Trap and Freaky Friday and many more. It will also have all of the Simpsons episodes since Disney purchased Fox.

Nope. We own all the DVDs we need. ETA: We have DVDs for anything Disney we want to watch. I understand Disney + is not a DVD subscription.

Yes.
My household will openly revolt if they don’t have access to all the new Star Wars series.

Yep. We have a ton of DVDs of the old stuff, but not any of the new stuff and the Marvel and Star Wars series are going to be must see tv for us. And we don’t have any two legged children in the house, this is solely for the adult nerds.

I haven’t seen the list of movies going to be available, I will have to google. i just saw the OG Parent Trap at the theater last weekend, haven’t seen Freaky Friday in years, that will be fun to see.

If I had kids in the house then yes, I'd do it. We were big Disney fans back when my son was growing up. I live alone and other than the musical "Newsies" which I recorded the other day and happen to be watching right now, I honestly couldn't say the last time I watched anything Disney :/
Am I the only one who misses having kiddos in the house?

Probably. We don't want the bundle though. No one here watches sports.

No one here watches sports. We don't watch much sports here either - some odd stuff that are not traditional football/basketball, etc. BUT.. I do LOVE the 30 for 30 documentaries and Disney Streaming will have the full catalog. I love the 30 for 30 podcast as well. So well done. One of my kids is beta testing Disney Streaming now - says it's pretty awesome!

We did the 3yr deal (was cheaper than 1 month of our cable/internet bill). Can't wait!

We aren't into sports and get Hulu with our cell phone package so all we would need is the Disney portion and at $7 a month or $70 a year, not a bad price. We probably will. I'll have to read about it a bit more.

Nope. Disney has too much money as it is. No need for me to give them more.

No. I'll watch the occasional Disney movie, more often than not for the last several years that's just a live action version of an animated classic. But I don't watch anything on the Disney channel, and I'm not a big Marvel person. I have never seen a Star Wars movie. So, not a big deal to me and quite honestly the last thing I need and/or want is ANOTHER streaming service and subscription to manage.

Probably not until the different Marvel shows kick off.

I did the D23 / 3 year deal. Even if I didn't have 3 kids, my husband and I love Disney / Marvel. The spinoff shows alone for Marvel would've sold us, but having access to all the Disney movies will be amazing. I still have all of my VHS from growing up and my kids love them.

It’s not even on my radar. We don’t have cable and pay for Netflix, Amazon, and DS pays for PSVue. I don’t currently have HBO since westworld isn’t back. That’s my limit. We cut the cord due to high cost for stuff we never watched. I’m not paying multiple subs for the same thing.

Yup! We will. Big Marvel and Star Wars fans in my house and I am hoping they will give access to the old school Disney movies from the 60s and 70s.

We are planning to subscribe. We have Hulu Live and I’m waiting for them to announce a package that goes with it.
We are big Disney fans and I love watching Disney movies while I sew/craft, so Disney+ is a must have.

All the television series - Jessica Jones/Luke Cage/Daredevil/Iron Fist/etc. - are moving there. Some won’t continue to make new episodes - i’ve heard that JJ is done - but all those that will have new seasons will all be there now. I’m not sure whether Agents of Shield will move there or stay on ABC since ABC is Disney too. But, regardless, with the Marvel Universe moving there, we would pay for that alone.

I had to look up what the 3 year deal is. Looks like it ended on Sept 2. Oh well....$7 a month is still a bargain IMO.

Are they going to unlock the vault with the movies? Or are their wretched vault rules still in play with this?
