That does NOT contain cauliflower. Dh hates cauliflower and refuses to have it in his pizza crust.
Any that the peas have tried and found a pretty good substitute for regular crust?

Is he eating low carb? Or are you eating low carb and trying to just fix one meal? I usually just do some other kind of substitution like building my pizza on a low carb wrap or cooking chicken breasts with pizza toppings. I am not a fan of most low carb bread substitutes, so I find substitutes that give me the flavors I want.

I recently made fathead pizza dough for the first time and it is probably the best gf pizza crust I’ve had.

They made pizza crust with spaghetti squash on The Kitchen this weekend. They all said it was much better than cauliflower. I can't link to save my life but you can find the recipe on Food Network. It's a Katie Lee recipe.

Definitely try a fathead dough. I was pleasantly surprised! The first time I made it I was like “there’s no way this is gonna work” but it’s actually really good and super filling.

I like fathead. I make it with Parmesan cheese instead of almond flour and omit the salt. Reduces the carbs and makes it nut free (I don’t do so well with a lot of nuts).

It's dh doing low carb. And pizza is what he misses the most. When we get it he just eats the toppings but wants some with crust. So we're going to try it this weekend.
I actually saw the spaghetti squash recipe on tv the other day too! But I doubt he will go for that either. He's super picky which makes this even harder.

I make a BBQ chicken pizza and use ground chicken as the crust. Then add my sauce and toppings.

Fathead dough is good!! My husband just won't eat a ton of it because it's very heavy on the dairy. But I like it and make it once in a while.
