I do not have any cutter equipment (Cricut, silhouette, etc) but I’ve been seeing design bundles on Facebook with images that I’d love to print for decoupage or iron on through my printer?
Does anyone have any experience with these? Would it work without a machine?
on Facebook the ads are “Design Bundles”

I have no clue about the specific ones you are talking about. But if you can print it onto iron-on fabric (like you'd get at Michaels, Hobby Lobby) then you should be able to do it. Usually you'd just print out the design onto the special paper and then use your iron to iron it on.

Be sure to check what formats the file will be provided to you in when you purchase or download. Word processing or photo editing software will be able to open jpg, png or pdf format files. You can then print from the software. If you are only being provided and svg file, you will need to use a program that can open and print vector files. Inkscape is a free software that can open svg files - you can then export them as a png or jpg file from there. I believe you can print directly from Inkscape, but I don't use it so can't guarantee it.
