So, it's not Tim and Heidi, right?
What happened to their project?

I saw this today on Instagram. I loved the new format. Of course I loved Tim too, but Christian brought new life into it.

Great! Losing tim and Heidi is just “eh” to me. I liked it for the designers and their projects not so much T&H. They weren't really adding anything new- Heidi likes garments that show cleavage and are kind of slutty and tacky and Tim just wants everyone to make it work. 😂

Yea, I wondered about that too! Heidi and timm's big project??! crickets. When the last PR was on they had only just announced the plans for a show and were still advertising for designers, so by the time they did interviews and actually started filming it would have taken a while and then even once filming starts it often it takes a year or more for these shows to hit our screens. One reality show I'm currently watching was filmed 12 months ago. So I wouldn't be so sceptical yet. Tim & Heidi and Amazon...I predict we are going to be bombarded with this relentlessly in 2020.

As for PR, I think I'm out. I didn't like anyone on the new show, I like Christian as a contestant and what I see of him in real life, but didn't like him at all as a mentor. I said on previous threads - I think I've aged out...all the Instagram stuff and that kooky stylist lady just made me shake my head or laugh at how ridiculous she looked. It's obviously going for a younger audience and that's ok...but I'm not it.

It’s about time! I loved Christian and Karlie on PR so I’m looking very much forward to this. Tim and Heidi’s new show, Making the Cut, has already started filming. All they’re saying now is that it will air in 2020, so not very specific. I’m looking forward to that show too. I’m thrilled that I’ll have TWO PR type shows.

Thanks for the heads up. I really liked the revamped version with Karly and Christian. I also enjoyed the 90 minutes format. We got to see more of the designers in the workshop. I've said it before, and I know not everyone agrees, but I didn't care for Tim Gunn at all. I found him extremely fake in the way he would laugh, and the way he would become overly emotional. And, how ironic, that Heidi, judge on a fashion show, always ends up on the worst dressed list at any event she attends. So, yeah, I'm happy with the new version. Can't wait.
