I left negative feedback for an item I never received. I give things a month then ask for a refund and leave feedback. Today another seller has begged me to change my feed back. I used words like unreliable, did not ship in reasonable time. Maybe they hadn’t made the item yet even and we selling before it was available. I can’t imagine Amazon’s condones that. Well they sent me an email begging me to change my feedback. I as an Amazon shopper rely on honest feedback. Maybe you do, too. Would you report them to Amazon for trying to influence my opinion? This is not the first time this has happened.

Did they explain why they didn't ship? If they had a good reason, I'd be inclined not to report them; however, if they are trying to bribe you to change your review or have a history of bad reviews, I'd forward it over to Amazon to deal with.

They are trying to bribe me. The problem is I really want the product and I think I will change my feedback. They are unreliable. They do not ship when they should have. I do really want the item. Thank you ♥️ For the perspective. If the item arrives (if they even shipped it) I think I will change my feedback as I need a source for this item. It may take longer but I will know in the future.

Are they the only supplier you can find? For me it would depend on how well/what they did to put things right....if it was a one-off or their normal standard of service.

I think it is against amazon policy for them to contact you and ask you to change your feedback. I would report it to amazon and ask for a refund. If and a big if you get the product you could update your feedback honestly. Talking about length of time to get the product etc.
