Time to sell my quickutz since I haven’t used them in years! Some were never even used. Can anyone tell me though how to figure what some of the font names are? I don’t have anything that says what they are! Any help would be appreciated! Looking on eBay but it’s so hard to figure out!

If you google quickutz alphabet dies, and click images, you should be able to match the images to your dies. Or if you google quickutz and the number on the die, a list *might* come up in search. The web pages that ID QK dies have disappeared over the years as the brand went away.
You could also post photos of the dies and some of us old timers might be able to ID them.

I did find some but not all. Tried googling the number but that didn’t work. If I can figure out how to post pics I’ll do that. I really hate selling things online. I’m just not cut out for it!

I know what you mean about selling! As for posting pics, if you have an online photo account, you could always just upload photos there and then post the link here. I take it you don't have the original packaging? I'm a weirdo who kept them all, even though I put the dies in binders.

No original packaging. The newer ones have the name on them but I have 3 sets that I can’t figure out and I don’t have a photo sharing program so I can’t post the pictures. I’d love to just do one big group with it all and say make an offer! Hahahaha! Might just do that!

If you google image search “quickutz alphabet” it will show you pictures of many of the Quickutz alphas.

I can't help you with your alpha names but I am wondering if you are selling any of the Quickutz shapes. I am looking for the nesting square and rectangle sets. They are the ones that have a lot of different sizes. Not sure exactly how many but I have the ovals and there are 13 dies and the round has 21 dies. Very thin dies. Hope you have luck finding the names of you alphas. Googling will probably find most but it may take going down a lot of rabbit holes to get the job done. If you want to sell your different shapes I might be interested in a lot price. You can message me. Biggest problem I find selling online is the high postage. It can make the total price double or more. I hear it is going up again next year - ugh!

Exactly. I doubt you'll get much. There are so many updated and better cutting things out there now...

I was just going through mine this weekend too. I could not find names for some either. I searched on the number, on images, you name it. Some are impossible to find. I am keeping mine because I invested too much and they are still GREAT to use.

Your right. I just bought a Quickutz arrow set for a dollar. ( price on it I didn’t bargain ) I love it! And I love it more that it was a dollar. If I apply the $/use rule I’ve certainly got my money’s worth and I’ve only had it 3 weeks!

Definitely post what you can identify here. I might be interested depending on the font. I still use my fonts fairly regularly because sometimes my Silhouette is glitchy or I want to use the same font throughout an entire album to make cohesive (like a trip).

On each of the dies, there should be a code. The name of the alphabet should be abbreviated in that code somehow. chrissyc72, can you post a code of one of the alphas you can't identify?

I will try and figure out how to do pics & post them. You don’t need to post a pic — just post one of the codes. It should be a set of raised numbers and letters on the metal tab portion of the die, if I remember correctly.
