I was thinking, eh not to bad.. then the kitchen, then the purple shag carpet.. that has to be the shaggiest carpet I have ever seen. Then that ORANGE bedroom... how would one EVEN sleep in that room.. and so forth.. Still though, it is kinda groovy.. haha.. I love love the view.

The only things I would keep are the hardwood floor in the office and the exterior deck. The rest would have to be totally redone, but even then I couldn't live there due to cliff in the rear yard.

I like the lavender toilet. I think if you toned down the walls and vanities in the bathrooms, some of the tile would be awesome to keep. I do not like the kitchen tile. I'd want to keep some of the wallpaper in the purple room. Most of that silvery wallpaper would go in the hallways. It would be fun to do an updated groovy look in the kitchen and keep the green sink! The wallpaper is too much for me and I'm not a fan of yellow. The main living areas are amazing, minus the silver square ceilings.

Wow! It looks so promising from the outside and there’s an amazing lake view from the huge windows. But those bedrooms though??? and the bathrooms??? The wallpaper, the plaid carpet in the basement? Did they paint that toilet mauve or can you buy them that colour? The price must be determined by the size and location, because the whole interior needs renovating. My parents had plaid carpeting in their basement. Sold the house last year and the buyer said the carpet was staying! Lol

Is it just me.. I LOVE these posts. I always go look before reading responses, then add mine. THEN compare to the peas? THEN go BACK to the listing to see what I missed, cause I always miss something. LOL

Why is the bookcase high up on the wall? It takes up the top half of the wall only.
Yes, in all that, it’s the bookcase that has me perplexed.
