I don’t understand something. Doesn’t the anonymous author supposedly detail conversations he/she had with Trump? Won’t that make it relatively easy to figure out who he/she is? I heard on the news that he (or she) deliberately clouded some of the events/conversations, in order to stay unidentifiable. Makes perfect sense, I hadn’t heard that.

Nope, for all the reasons others stated. Quite frankly, I have no interest in what this person has to say, I feel like what they’ve done is cowardly. For all we know, this person still works for trump and supports his policies outwardly.

It comes out in 10 days. Anyone going to read it? Any guesses as to whom it is? Supposedly it’s someone from inside Trumps camp. I can’t decide if it’s a money grab at things we already know or what. And why isn’t Trump all up in arms about it, trying to block it? my understanding is that his lawyers are trying to sue somebody/anybody for breach of confidentiality contract. I won't buy it. I don't like the precedence it sets. I do understand that if the person had tried to come out, they probably wouldn't have been able to expose it all before being shut up, but still...

this precedent goes back a long way. one of my favorite books is called Democracy.. written by Anonymous in 1876. juicy fiction book about the inside correction of Grant's presidency and the political social class. great read. it came out later that is was by Henry Adams, the son of a vice president, and the grandson and greatgrandson of presidents.
I might read it.. it could be too depressing though.
