I want a reduction. Im a 40H. They are already saggy like my 90 year old grandmothers were and I’m 34. I can’t imagine what it would be like to be able to go anywhere and buy a bra. I can lose weight and nothing changes with them. Gain weight and suddenly I’m a new cup size. They are in the way ALL the time. Last Saturday I was trying to clean my car windshield and they honked the horn right as my DH walked in front of the car. I’m constantly having to adjust them when I’m laying in bed. When I go to my annual exam and they give me the gown, that thing barely covers them or my hips, but it meets in the middle and I can tie it. Those One Size Fits most bath robes are a joke too.
I have no problem with paying for a reduction. My issue is 1.. If I decide to have kids, how huge will they get again? 2. I’ll have to figure out how to explain being off work for that time. Yeah I don’t have to tell them anything other than it’s a medical thing, but at some point it would be obvious that I’m missing something. Every woman in my office would understand, but it’s uncomfortable around the men. 3. I need to lose weight first too. Blasted Lexapro screwed me over.

I wished they were bigger for a long time, but I’m over it now. I’m a 32/34 B. Which is the largest I’ve been.

I had a double mastectomy last year due to my breast cancer. I have no current plans to have reconstruction. I have a variety of false boobs, made of different materials, which I rarely wear.It is remarkably liberating 😊 This makes me giggle. I love that you are a survivor and don't feel it necessary to wear falsies.

I love that you are a survivor and don't feel it necessary to wear falsies. It kind of makes me giggle too A lovely friend knitted me a whole load of "knitted knockers" in different colours. It has really challenged my thinking, in terms of what is expected of me, and other people's perceptions. I realised after a while that I was only wearing them to make other people feel more comfortable by looking 'normal'. And so now, I rarely do. But it's very individual and I fully support everyone's right to choose what's best for them. I have a colostomy bag, too, so working on my body image has been a big deal for me.

I hate mine. I've been a G cup since the birth of my second child. I was a DD as a teen and young adult.
But no one will perform a reduction on a woman who is heavier than the medical establishment likes, so ... yeah. I buy good bras and deal with it. They're actually reasonably non-saggy, probably because I've always worn a decent bra. Letting the girls flop in the breeze hasn't been an option for me since I was about 12.

I’m usually fine with my size and don’t think I’m too big until I see myself in pictures. They are just so front and center that it’s the first thing you notice. Ugh....I also dislike that my size is unusual and hard to find cute and supportive bras(36DDD).

I have surgery scheduled in Feb. to remove the implants. I hope I'm one of the many who have symptoms reversed after explant surgery. Time will tell. I'll take tiny tits over toxic tits. I hope the surgery provides relief for you. This poll made me LOL- it reminds me of AKathy. We would commiserate about the wonderful aging process and she would say she was a "36 long" - gravity is evil. She was so freaking funny. This did make me LOL.

I just looked up the conversion. Depending on the brand/cut I wear a UK GG or H cup, which is apparently equivalent to a US J or K cup. Yeah, I’d love a reduction. Need to lose a fair amount of weight from the rest of me first though.

I'm happy with it. I have large breasts but am a very large woman in general. So they're proportionate to my body and I can carry them without it causing any issues with my shoulders or back.

I hate how large mine are. I actually was approved to have a reduction by our insurance but then I got a job offer the same day and took the job instead. Looking back I wish I would of had the surgery instead. We are trying to get all of our debt paid off so maybe next year I will try to get approved for it again and actually have it done. Best thing I ever did for myself. Pretty sure I was a DDDDDDDD (LOL) but had a total of 10 pounds removed, neck pain was gone as soon I woke up, and am now a B/C cup wearing camisoles with a shelf bra.

How happy are you with your natural chest size? I have never been happy with my chest size- I am around a 42D or DD ?? (and about 50 lbs overweight right now) and I wish they were smaller. I'm really curvy, and I don't like the way I look in a lot of tops. They're heavy, my bra straps always cut into my shoulders, and they simply get in the way. My unscientific opinion is that most well-endowed women would probably rather NOT be-- and that it's only *men* who are obsessed with large breasts. Re implants: My hairstylist and former hairstylist both had their implants removed, and I know they both were VERY glad they did it. My current hairstylist had a number of odd, non-specific health issues and strange reactions to medications, etc., and they have all gone away since she got her implants removed and kind of 'detoxed' herself from a lot of other chemicals and things. My former hairstylist got her implants when she was in her early 20s, and had a horrible time with being able to conceive when she finally wanted to get pregnant. I think getting her implants removed is one of the things she did to improve her health during that period of time.

I always wanted smaller boobs even though mine aren't that large. I was always a D cup which has grown to a DD as I've aged.
A couple of years ago I had a breast lump and while waiting on results I'd pretty much decided that if I needed a mastectomy on one side then I'd just have the other side greatly reduced and not have any sort of reconstruction. I'd be fine with hardly having any boobs at all. Luckily the lump was benign...I still had it surgically removed and at the time I seriously considered the idea of a breast reduction but there was a lot going on in my life at the time (my Dad had just died 4 weeks earlier, mum wasn't coping, I was ready to leave my job etc) so I decided to was too much to add the recovery as well. Knowing how things panned out after that, I now wish I'd had it done at the time I had my lump removed.

my boobs go with my body and stay put when I take my bra off so they're fine. That's me, too. I've always been fairly slim and my smallish boobs just suit my frame. There was a time long ago when I thought I wanted them enlarged, but I am sooooo glad now that I never did it. I thought for years I was a 34B. Then Victoria's Secret put me in a 36A. About 4 years ago, I did the fitting at Nordstrom and now wear a 32DD. I only buy the Natori brand in the 32DD size -- they fit better and give me a better look than any bra ever before.

I’m a 38C. I’m only annoyed by them when a cute button down shirt gapes a bit across my chest. Have to get out that double sided tape when that happens.

Hated being a large cup size since I was in jr high school. I was as large as a K but I’m not a fat person!
Had a reduction about 7 years ago.
BEST THING I EVER DID.
I’m a perfect DD now, I buy clothes that actually fit better, I can go bra less even at DD, and my back and neck don’t hurt anymore, my arms don’t get pins/needles when I sleep and I no longer have permanent dents on my shoulders.
I can finally buy cute bras and different styles and colors. Before I was stuck with nude or black.

OK, I'm evidently one of only 2 ladies who checked off the breast augmentation box. I had it done years ago and I've been so happy with them ever since. I have a slim build and was an A cup, but the real reason I opted for surgery was because my breasts were noticeably asymmetrical. No one ever said anything to me, but it always bothered me. I went up to a full D cup and I love them. They look very natural for my curvy body shape and size. I've never had any health issues and have been nothing but pleased with my decision.

I’m a C cup and it’s fine, but ideally I wish I were a B cup. So funny to think about men ogling over large breasts, but honesty I can look through an Athleta catalog and have boob envy. I like the athletic look (and while I’m dreaming, I’ll take their bodies too😜).

My niece opted for an enhancement because of her asymmetry, too, and her only regret was not doing it a few years earlier.

I am a 34J and am fine with my size. I have 7 kids so spent about 20 years breastfeeding and always thought when I was finished that I would have a reduction. However after I weaned my last child I decided that I was fine with my size. Sometimes I have to have clothes, altered to fit correctly and bras in my size are expensive. Thankfully with online ordering it is easy to find nice bras in my size now. It was always a struggle years ago, especially nursing bras.
I will admit that when I see a photo of myself I often think I look bustier than I do when I look in the mirror.

I'm a 34D and I'm petite. My back is wide for my size, so tops large enough to fit around my boobs and back are usually too baggy in the middle- which is a pain because I like them to fit. I don't like loose and flowy. Other than that I'm pretty satisfied.
