How happy are you with your natural chest size?
I'm okay with my size. For sports, I would love to be smaller but sports bras have improved so much from what we had available in the 70s/80s, I'm okay with my size.
DH was surprised that I know more women who have either wanted or had a breast reduction than enhancements which led me to create this unscientific poll to get more data.

When I was younger I always wanted larger breasts and fully intended to get an enhancement but then there were all those leaks and after researching it more realized that was not for me. Now that I’m older I realize I only wanted larger breasts because someone else was unhappy about my size (kids who teased me in school, some boyfriends, society). I’m perfectly fine the way I am.

I'm ok ish with it 36E. Somedays I feel a bit matronly but other days I like that I have an obvious difference between my reasonably small waist and my boobs and like my curves. I can be proud a good cleavage in the right clothes/right occasions I would love to be able to wear flimsier/lighterweight bras though.

I'm good with my size. They don't get in the way, and seem to be staying where they belong, even at 58. Can't complain.

I think reductions are more common because they involve a quality of life issue — I know several women who have had them because they were in daily pain, it interfered with being able to play sports comfortably, etc. An enhancement is often more about looks and maybe confidence (not including reconstruction surgeries here).
I like the size of my chest (currently a DD but I’ve been as big as an H before), but what I’d like to have done is have them pulled back up to where they belong! Lol

I'm also a 36E or 36DD as we Americans call it but I'm not happy with my size and have wanted a reduction for years. I think it's mostly because I'm petite everywhere else that for me my chest seems out of proportion. I'm 5 foot 3 inches, have small feet (wear a size 7 shoe), am short waisted (which I really hate) so there's not much as much space between my breasts and my waist as there should be, my face is small and my ear drums are the size of a child's. Most glasses don't fit my face either. It's funny-my two sisters are tall, 5 foot 8 inches, and 5 foot 9 inches and both have small breasts. I envy their chests and wish they'd gotten at least some of mine and I'd gotten some to their's. I don't like that I can't wear button down shirts-they always gap at the buttons. For sports I'd love to be smaller too, and I hate wearing underwire bras but they are needed to lift these two huge boobies. I rip off the bra as soon as I get home though. Sometimes I like how curvy I look in clothes (I have a nice waist and curvy hips) but most of the time I'd trade my boobs in for a pair of 36B's or even A's in a nanosecond. I'd love to go without a bra and be able to wear tankt tops and other tops without worrying about wearing a supportive bra underneath it.

I’ve always been flat chested but 3 pregnancies and 7 years of breastfeeding has turned them into deflated balloons. I wish I could have some nice p*rn looking perky breasts, but they wouldn’t match the rest of my body. So my floppy boobs and flabby body go well together.

I was a 32 B for years and years, constantly being teased by my family about the mosquito bites on my chest. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve gone up to a 34D, which DH enjoys. They aren’t huge, but I do fill out sweaters better now.😆 on the other hand, I can generally get away with wearing sports bras and do so as much as possible. I’m happy where I am now, wasn’t bothered when I was smaller, but would be MISERABLE if I had much more to deal with. I don’t want to feel that I must wear a bra to keep my boobs from hitting me in the face if I move to energetically!

I’m mostly ok with them but there are times I’d like them to be smaller, especially when working out and picking clothes. But overall, they don’t bother me enough to undergo surgery for a change. (I’m a 34DDD.)

I’m a 36A and I’m OK with it. I used to be a C but always lose a bunch in the chest area when I lose weight. At 50 and after four kids the girls are still fairly perky so I’m good .

I crossed the non-applicable portion, as I have no hips to speak of. I look top heavy always.

I'm a 36B and pretty good with my size. If I lose some weight my boobs seem to small to me, but that's ok too.
My daughter had breast reduction surgery when she was in high school. and I was fully supportive of that (and of course paid for it). She is so much better off without the weight on her back and shoulders.
My closest friend had her boobs done after pregnancy. I'm kinda jealous that she doesn't need a bra...but that's about it.

When I lost 60 pounds 5 years ago the only place I didn't lose weight was in my boobs. I went down in the bra band size of course, but the cup size stayed the same, actually it went from a D to a DD-but that could have been just from getting a better fitting bra. I would have loved to have gone from a D to a B but that didn't happen.

I'm a 34B and perfectly happy with that, my boobs go with my body and stay put when I take my bra off so they're fine. I did at one time wish they were bigger but after a friend told me about her horrendous back and shoulder issues I changed my mind.

I only went from a 38 to a 36 in band size though. I went down a full shoe size too. Bodies are weird .

Im would be ok with the size, but I wish they were firm. (36D/34DD) Fashion is designed for smaller chested women, plus the freedom to go without a bra would be nice.

I went from a 7 1/2 shoe size that I'd worn for years down to a 7 shoe size. I went from a 40 to a 36 band size but I think the 40 was too big. I got a bra fitting at Nordstrom once I was losing the weight and have been wearing better quality bras since. It does make a difference.

I am a 36 G and boobs are always in my way. My 17 yr old DD is a 30 G already, I can’t imagine how big she will be after she decides to have kids. I went up three cups sizes when I was pregnant and they never went away.

I hate how large mine are. I actually was approved to have a reduction by our insurance but then I got a job offer the same day and took the job instead. Looking back I wish I would of had the surgery instead.
We are trying to get all of our debt paid off so maybe next year I will try to get approved for it again and actually have it done.

In 2001 I had WLS, lost 200lbs in 18 months. With that weight loss came a huge amount of excess skin, and my boobs looked like tube socks with lemons in them. (When you lay down and your boobs hide in your armpits, that's not a really sexy look!!). So I had 11 pounds of skin removed from around my waist, then had a breast lift/implants. A few months ago I read an article about Breast Implant Illness (BII) - I literally cried when I read the list of symptoms. Was this the reason I had gained some of the weight back, deal with chronic fatigue, diagnosed with Hashimoto's and fibromyalgia, and a few other random issues?? I have surgery scheduled in Feb. to remove the implants. I hope I'm one of the many who have symptoms reversed after explant surgery. Time will tell. I'll take tiny tits over toxic tits.

I went up three cups sizes when I was pregnant and they never went away. Before pregnancy I was a 32G in Fantasie tee shirt bras. My nursing bra was an Elomi 38I that I needed to get 4” of band removed from so it would fit! After kids, I’m a 32H in Natori Yogi sports bras which is all I wear now.

After I had my son, my breasts got really big and stayed too big for my small frame ~ 34/36C. I wished they were smaller and now I wish they weren't gravitating to my waistline. ETA: while pregnant I was a 38D. The woman at Macy's didn't believe me until we got into the dressing room for a bra fitting. She was amazed!

This poll made me LOL- it reminds me of AKathy. We would commiserate about the wonderful aging process and she would say she was a "36 long" - gravity is evil. She was so freaking funny.

I range between a 34F and a 36E depending on brand, and I totally wish they were smaller. It is impossible to buy a button-down shirt that fits my boobs but doesn’t drown the rest of me, and I feel like I look bigger overall than I really am.
On the plus side, they’re still pretty damn perky at 41, so I’m not complaining too much.

I am a 36 DDD, or is that an E? I dunno. All I know is they are HUGE, and I am also lucky to have very dense, heavy breast tissue. I have constant back and neck problems. I am not allowed to run any more because I have no cartilage in one knee, so I am supposed to bike, but, I can’t because if my very heavy boobs!! I have been in several times to prepare for a reduction, but, I can’t seem to pull the trigger. Erin

I had a double mastectomy last year due to my breast cancer. I have no current plans to have reconstruction. I have a variety of false boobs, made of different materials, which I rarely wear. It is remarkably liberating 😊

i am happy with my size. it's fine to say i wish i had a more here or a bit less there but going under the knife is a big deal and shouldn't be taken lightly (weighing all the pros and cons and quality of life of course). i was a 34B and now with some middle age spread am a 36B/C (B.5? lol). i always had a thin build so think if i had gotten breast implants, i possibly would have looked out of proportion. after kids, i realize the "a little bit on the smaller side" is probably an okay thing... there has been some wear and tear on the girls thru that whole pregnancy/nursing process (x3).

I am a B cup. I have lost around 200 pounds so right now I am not happy how they look. I want to get a body lift but not sure how I could afford it. (Insurance covered skin removal from my abdomen because it was deemed medically necessary due to quality of life and recurrent infections).
