those with Unlimited plans.
I have an unlimited plan with Verizon and I saw that they are offering a year of free Disney for those who have these plans. My family insisted it was just for new subscribers, but I chatted with Verizon on Thursday and they say it is for anyone with the Unlimited plans. Has anyone else confirmed this?
My family is so excited! they are going to be really bummed if it turns out not to be so. If it's not, they'll have to give something up before we can subscribe to this.

I haven’t confirmed, but that is the info I received from the email they sent. I was not planning to sign up for the Disney service, but I’m happy to use it now that it’s free.

After my daughter bought a three year plan we find out about this. I don't think there's a way to extend a year. Darn.

We've had the unlimited plan for several months. Since April? Long enough that I'm sure we're not considered a new customer. We got the Disney service for free.

I've had an unlimited plan with them for a couple of years and they sent me a text a couple of weeks ago about this offer. I wouldn't have signed up for the Disney service so I'm excited to try it out for free.

I have been a Verizon customer for 15+ years (no idea when the unlimited started, whenever it came out?) and was able to receive it. I opted in last month and received an email back that I would receive something today. I didn't. I went out to Verizon's website and clicked on the existing customer. It took me less than 5 minutes to sign up and get to the Disney+ library.

They gave a free year subscription out to the audiences this morning on GMA and the View, maybe others. Of course, ABC is a Disney Company.

Oh my word I posted on the other thread that Verizon told me I’m not eligible. But thanks to this post and comments, I found it on the app and it is indeed free to me. Thanks!

verizon link to infoWhat happens at the end of the promotion? After your 12 months Disney+ promotional subscription ends, the Disney+ promotion automatically changes to a paid subscription. Your Verizon account is charged $6.99/month. You can cancel Disney+ at any time. Note: If you're in New Mexico your Disney+ promotion ends automatically after 12 months and you can re-enroll at the normal price.
