I would have to say journaling. I do have pages where I did tell the story, but most of my journaling is the basic who, what, when and sometimes where.

Since getting into mixed media...in my scrapbooking and art journaling... most of my purchases are stencils and stamps with a few inks here and there. I also recently upgraded my original Sizzix ("big red") to a Big Kick, and have been adding to my die stash as well.

My OTT light! Best thing about it is that it is so helpful for more than just scrapping. The one I have is small and battery operated so I can easily move it to wherever I am working...scrap desk, sewing table, etc.

Hobby Lobby does sell them! They are Paper Studio brand and you can find them with the "gems" in the scrapbook area. I stock up on them when they are 50% off. Michaels also sells them. Recollection brand also usually in with the "gems" in the sb area, and sometimes in with seasonal products. They used to sell MME brand, but I haven't seen them in a long time.
