A couple of questions: 1. Does your character look like you? Mine does right down to the fact that she always has to wear her glasses. She does have cuter clothes than I do though. 2. Approximately how many bells and Nook miles do you have? I am close to 4 million bells and around 110k Nook miles. I want to spen my bells, but this 5 item a day limit is making it hard!! 3. What is your favorite feature on your island? Right now, it is my Tiki bar, but I expect the diner to replace it when it is complete! Great questions, I've been wanting to start a Q&A to everyone giving us their island 'dossier' if you will. I like to wander around and come up on things if I have time, but sometimes when you are island hopping I want to go straight to 'what's new'. Like I know SockMonkey had mentioned she was working on a cafe I think but the only one I saw last night when I visited was the one I've seen before by the beach.  oh but I love her new entrance and the way she opened up that back section of your beach! So cool! I think it would be fun if we when we are opening up our gates we can point out our newest feature, or tell us why you set something up in particular..if it has meaning to you in anyway. I think as we know have so many more things in our catalog it's becoming easier to personalize our islands as opposed to the early days when we all built the same things because its all we had to work with. To answer your questions.. 1. Yes, she looks like me down to her clothing style, lol. I miss getting dressed up for the office. I miss my pretty clothes and jewelry and doing my hair and makeup..so my girl is me as much as I can style her, and I sure do try! LOL. I keep wishing they would add jewelrey..she doesn't seem right without a stack of gold bangle bracelets which I always wear. 2. I have around 5 mill bells only because I still can't decide where or if I'm going to be relocating all my villagers and I def need to build more stairs and inclines. Indecisiveness is killing me lol. Same with Nook Miles. There isn't anything to buy other than the day's musical selection. I don't need to stand there and endlessly cash out ticket at a time. But yes I'd love to be able to shop more from the catalog at 5 a day. 3. My favorite feature...well its still my little mercado/plazita area but I do love the coffee house on the beach. I just built the seafood shack on the beach but I'm not completely happy with it. I'm looking for better beach board walk pattern, and it just needs tweaking in general. Still futzing with that. I'm also frustrated because I rarely get furniture out of my trees. I have so many flowers and items around my trees I guess furniture won't shake out of them because they are blocked. I have a whole damn 30 tree orchard up on top level but noooothing falls out of those. |

The fish and bugs have a long way to go due to seasons obvi but honestly I never bother trying to get everthing, it takes so long! And to me making bait is a freaking waste of time other than for the fish tournament. Never not once ever have I tossed bait off the pier and caught anything remotely interesting. I gave up on trying to catch a marlin. I know I shouldn't but has anyone caught the marlin? Do you use bait?

Our bugs / fish / sea creatures are as up to date as they can be. We started at the end of April, so we won't be complete until next April, but that's okay. Our art is coming along. We love walking around our museum, so we always give our first to Blathers. I accidentally caught a Marlin... twice. I was at Fidget Spinner Island (no idea if there's another name) and just fished the large fish that popped up near the dock. Boom! It was a lucky night though. The other one was 2 nights ago while I was waiting on people to arrive. I saved up over 80 bait for the Mahi and got it in 30ish. I wasn't fishing every shadow though, just the big ones, I'd scare the little ones away. |

Thanks for gold sparkles last night! My flowers are busting out! Gotta clean them up but first a 2 hour meeting. Gates open and I'll leave them open while I work, but I'll be AFK.
Sahara is here, black diner chair, red outdoor bench, fortune telling set. Able's not open just yet. I bought the train set and will leave it for cataloging by the airport.
If anyone has yellow rose seeds in their Nook shop, could you buy me 5? I'll trade/pay/give you NMT for them.

dawnnikol oh thanks but I can wait to dig up that fossil eventually . I rarely go to other islands, I need to do that more often. Maybe once a week? sometimes not even that. I had that one good night when I hit scorpion island/money island/shark island one right after the other and the excitment spoiled me since lol. I need to make a more concerted effort to fish for the biggies, that damn bass though! I caught a mahi fairly easy and early on in the season but that marlin evades me. I'm going to have to start travelling more. <Sigh> and guess taking bait w/me.

Approximately how many bells and Nook miles do you have? A little under 2M bells, around 26K NMT 3. What is your favorite feature on your island? It's my little beach cafe, one of the first things I made. I also like my museum entrance and my rainbow walkway. I'm always ripping something apart. Oh, and I like my marine lab. |

I have probably 195k Nook miles and more than $6M bells 3. What is your favorite feature on your island? I'm barely making progress on my island upheaval, so nothing really yet. I guess the campsite is pretty cute. oh yvonne I've finished my fossils, so let me know what you're looking for. I'm looking out for 2 pieces to finish some that I plan to place as statues outside of my museum, but other than that, I am happy to send you the tail piece you need! |

That's not right. If you have an empty lot, you should be finding villagers on every mystery island. Check your empty plot, because Tom Nook can sell it + it'll have a sold sticker. Do you have to prep the plot first? Just has to be an empty plot that says "for sale". If someone is in boxes, you can't do it. If it's sold, the sticker will say who bought it. That's how Graham got into our village! Sneaky hamster. |
