Take this with a grain of salt. I swear I heard him say that even if he doesn't win, you will know exactly who each of the candidates are when he's done. Could be a good thing. I'm starting to think that Mike Huckabee is way more looney than The Donald.

That comb over is a triumph of vanity over reality. This is probably the best description of Trump's hairstyle that I've ever read!

He seems an oaf to me. A deluded oaf if he thinks that we don't realise that he is losing his hair. That comb over is a triumph of vanity over reality. Not as bad as Boris.

I agree with all that said not mentally ill, but just a giant asshole. He's had "yes-men" surrounding him his entire adult life.
"yes sir", "no you are right sir", "you are the best sir" "you are not wrong sir" yadda yadda yadda.
He is not used to being told no, you're wrong or anything else negative.
I just think he's a giant douche with an even bigger blowhole.
Can't stand him.

Donald Trump is crazy like a fox. He knows exactly what he is doing.

No, not mentally ill. I think there are two possibilities. One being that he is throwing giant stink bombs around for reasons known only to himself and whatever inner circle he is working with. He doesn't want to be president, but he wants to derail one or more of the other candidates. Wants to be "the king (or queen) maker."
The other being that he is narcissistic enough to believe his own ego. He tells himself he has everything money can buy, now he's going to get the power that goes with the highest office in the land. For this tough guy image he wants to portray, he's quite a cry-baby. What's up with "they're being mean to me!!! It's not fair!!"
Ugh.

Nope. His amassed wealth and lifestyle has afforded him to be anyone he wants, and he has chosen "asshole"!

It's hard to believe anyone can really view him as a potential president. I saw this on my newsfeed this morning and really, I'm trying to picture him talking to someone like Angela Merkel and thinking how that would go down Tough questioning was due to her period.....

How can anyone support this blowhard. Thank goodness there are some who are finally seeing how he goes too far. He was just uninvited from a big shindig. uninvited from RedState gathering Here's what he said on CNN to get him in trouble this time "You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes," Trump told CNN's Don Lemon on Friday night. "Blood coming out of her wherever."

This topic came up last night at happy hour with my friends. Someone had the best explanation, he said trump is just bored. He needs a new business venture to get him excited about something to do so why not add president to his resume.

Holy Moly! I spent some time this morning perusing some the conservative Facebook sites to see what the reaction is to his Megyn Kelly remark and to him being uninvited to the RedState gathering.....the comments were NOT what I was expecting. His supporters are pissed and are completely doubling down on him and his comments. The next year is going to be fascinating to sit back and watch.

Yeah, the guy's beneath contempt. I agree and what makes it even worse is that he's turning the Presidential election in the US into a circus by his actions. How is the rest of the world expected to take the US seriously when they have this idiot running for President. He's making a mockery of the whole process.

It depresses me to have to realize (over and over again) that there are people in this country ... a lot of them, apparently ... who will excuse whatever comes out of Donald Trump's mouth, no matter how despicable, as "he's just being honest" and continue to support him. I don't even want to think about the what-ifs. I would much rather see a conservative but decent and honest president than this disgusting excuse for a human being.

He's not "just being honest" he's being a complete ass.

This is going to be one fascinating election cycle and I've got front row seats living where I do.

Unfortunately he isn't doing the American political image any favours, I have to agree although I think we can recognise that he's not representative of all political figures. And we have a few clowns of our own of course

I do not think he is at all mentally ill. I think he believes any attention is good for the brand. My husband's father went to school with him and my understanding is that he always has been insufferable. Such a small world, I know a guy who was either his roommate of his or lived on the same floor. Said trump was a spoiled rich kid.

Well Trump seems busy destroying his campaign. First he attacks Megyn Kelly after the debate which is the same as attacking Fox. Not very bright for a Republican running for President. Because of his comments during and after the debate one of his senior advisers that has been with for a long time quit. But Trump is saying he fired him. This was all done by emails and there is a copy of the email the adviser sent to Trump quitting floating around out there. It will be interesting to see how Trump spins these recent events and the outcome from his actions. My guess he will blame everyone but himself.

I'm more worried about the loons who support his unconscionable behavior than I am worried about him.
Him? I believe there's a good dose of narcissism mixed in with his cretinism, but at what point does that become a personality disorder? I work with someone who has no idea how she (narcissistic) is viewed by others. Makes sense; she has little empathy, which affects her critical thinking. So that disordered thinking in Trump, combined with his arrogance and lack of class, are a toxic combo.
