I have been wanting to challenge myself to make cards following call me crafty al's sheetloads of cards. She always has a free printable and a how-to video. Maybe we can make that one of our challenge for Tuesdays. What do you think grammadee ? Here is this months video youtu.be/liEIBrp1HmIDid you want to make that your challenge? We can always set it up as a challenge for the first Tuesdays of the month , I believe she comes out with one on the first day of the month. |

grammadee are we continuing this in July? I was going to use red white and blue for the challenge on the 23rd but was just checking in to make sure I wasn't going to step on any toes leading up to the 4th of July, but I don't think we have anyone signed up for the 30th.

No one has signed up for July--or past yours on the 23rd, joblackford. I say go for the red white & blue its nice to have a chance to make cards ahead of a date anyway What do the rest of you think about continuing through the summer, azcrafty, scrapnnana, @kendramage, justjac, gramma, nylene, Eddie-n-Harley? Do you want to drop this for the next couple of months... If anyone has a challenge they would like to share, we could set up a Summer Card Challenges thread, and that challenge could be dropped in there. Then in the fall we could decide how we want to play this--the 2Peas Tuesdays, a monthly challenge thread, or let it go. |

I enjoy the challenges, but family needs are making it difficult for me to do any crafting right now. I haven’t signed up to host recently for that reason, and it isn’t going to change anytime soon. Even if I were to host using a card I made in the past, I would still need to check back and comment on the cards that others are making. I haven’t lost interest. I just don’t feel able to participate for awhile.
I think 4 or 5 people tend to consistently participate in actually doing the challenges, but it varies. I feel that the challenges have been appreciated by those who have joined in the fun.
I suggest that you consider also asking what they want on the stamping/card making board.

I haven’t lost interest. I just don’t feel able to participate for awhile. this is me as well right now. I would love to participate where I can, but don't know how crafty I will be able to be over the next few weeks/couple months. Thanks! |
