I'm doing Kerri Bradford's online classes (beginner). Took a break, downloaded some of her free files to save in my library. For the life of me, I cannot get them to save! I highlighted the ones I want to move over and they move, but they don't stay there (download/upload/whatever). What am I doing wrong? Any thoughts?
I highlighted the appropriate folder, then clicked and dragged them - nothing happens.
ETA - I figured out that I could open the file and choose the appropriate files for my machine and they moved over into my library. I have the first gen Silhouette so maybe because I don't have the designer edition I had to add these extra steps.
