Tonight is the first episode of the Jeopardy greatest of all time tournament with Ken, Brad and James. Who are you rooting for? I would like Ken to win, but I think James is going to win.

It will be interesting regardless who wins. They all 3 are good, so it’s hard to tell.

It will be fun to see real competition for James and I hope he continues his betting strategy. He is so damn quick; I hope the other two have something for him and slow down the play a bit.

I didn't like James at all when he was on. I don't know who Brad is, so I suppose I would root for Ken Jennings.

Reflexes will definitely come into play. They're all knowledgeable.

I’m not sure who to root for. Ken is from the next town over but he has come in second to Brad several times. I don’t know Brad so maybe James. But I might just enjoy watching them all play. I do enjoy how James is always all in

I don't know who Brad is either.... but I just love to watch James.. his 'all in' kills me.. gmcwife1 Ken to me is kinda boring... In any case, it will be fun to watch. It seems like a fitting time with Alex almost done with the show.. He had a special on Reelz the other night (which I am sure they will play a million times) but on all the different talk show hosts.. it was kinda interesting.

I can't pick... will just enjoy it. I think James has the advantage of a photographic memory. That with his gutsy betting makes it exciting. It's going to be fun and I am happy Alex had an event like this to help end his career.

It’s going to be so interesting. Wonder if they upped the level of the questions since they have such experts.
I feel like James has a speed advantage and has played more recently, so that’s probably a pretty big advantage too. It will be interesting to see if James can control the board like he did during his run. That’s pretty much his secret to success. Being able to hit those double Jeopardy spaces. If the others can somewhat control the board they can give him a challenge.

I'm only familiar with Ken Jennings. Whoever that other guy is that's very quick at buzzing in will probably win.

I didn't like James at all when he first started. I wanted to smack that stupid grin right off of his face. Then he grew on me. I hope he wins.

So I turned on Jeopardy but missed the first 30 seconds.... why is it just regular Jeopardy and not the champs?

Never mind. Twitter to the rescue. The champions' game is on *after* regular Jeopardy this evening, for an hour! Drat! I really wanted to watch "NCIS". Guess I'll be watching it online tomorrow.

I’m cheering for James. His strategy has forever changed the game, which I think makes it more exciting, and gives him the edge.

James, all the way!
He was actually screwed over by Jeopardy producers the day he lost. I read an article about how they changed the game specifically that day to make it highly likely that the woman (don't recall her name) would win. It really made me angry, as I was LOVING watching him win day after day, and I believe viewing numbers went up significantly during his tenure.
I can't find the article; wish I could.

Jeopardy James!
There have been a few news stories about him on our local news. He and his wife have been making meaningful donations around the Las Vegas Valley.

I would like to read that article. I find it extremely unlikely that it would be true, it's probably more of a conspiracy theory than an informed article. Standards and practices scrutiny of game shows is very rigorous.

The first minute and a half is not relevant, but then he gets into the statistics. He talks about Ken's loss too. I shouldn't say he was definitely screwed over by producers. But I do believe there was effort made to end both winning streaks. Watch the video; it's very interesting. Oh, and standards and practices wouldn't be able to do anything about these changes, btw. Here's the video: Jeopardy

all it takes for james to be not the winner of a game is for him to not get the double jeopardys. tonight brad got several of them and missed them. ken got one and won a bundle of money. i dont remember if james got one or not, but if so it was not when he had a lot of money to bet.

I am rooting for James. I really enjoyed his run earlier this year. Some of my family and I have all picked players. James is mine. I was a complete nervous wreck watching tonight. Very exciting television.

It was too short.
I really like James. But I feel that he is holding back because he doesn’t want to beat ken.
