Did anybody else take advantage of the one-month free promotion Silhouette was offering for their new club? I did and this past week I received the e-mail notice that my 10 free downloads were now available. I followed the directions after which I got a pop-up message that the images had been added to my Library but when I checked there they aren't showing up. Anyone else have this problem? I have a call in to customer service, but there's no telling when they'll get back to me.

I have the same issue. I even tried to reset my library.

Personally, I don't think it is that great of a deal, and it looks like they have some problems with it. OP, did you ever get the issue sorted out? |

deltakaren - no I did not get to see the designs.
scrapnana - I called customer service yesterday but as of now haven't heard back.
I'm not happy about any of this - Silhouette has been so customer oriented for all the years I've done business with them, but they seem to be asleep at the wheel these days. This hiccup does NOT encourage me to continue my membership in the "Club" - it's only a marginally good deal to begin with.
I'll update when or if I hear back from them.

My Silhouette Club files are now in my Library. Not sure what I did, but they are there. Nothing special. Not at all...

So - I finally heard back from Silhouette today and was advised that the download codes in the original e-mails weren't properly coded - God forbid they should beta test anything anymore! At least the fix was simple (I don't know if this will work unless you contact Silhouette so they can re-set your Library) but you just go to your account page and click on Recover All Downloads. It worked but not sure it was worth the hassle - they're Halloween designs but nothing out of the ordinary. Really going to have to think about signing up for this long term.

I was not even mildly tempted to join their club. I have the largest membership and always have an excess of credits.
I get good deals on product from Amazon and box stores so I am not their target customer.
