February is coming! February is coming! And our THIRD ANNUAL 29-4-29. (Well our last two were 28-4-28, but that is a minor detail...)
If you have never played along with the creative ladies on the Challenges Board, maybe now would be the time to get your feet wet. And these are challenges in a FUN way. You may be asked to use a particular project design or sketch, a particular colour palette, maybe a theme or a word, specific shapes, or a particular product or manufacturer. But, ya know what? If you don't have that particular item, you can still take on the challenge in some other way. We are creative people, right?
Of course any page challenge can be morphed into a card, or card challenge can become a page in your creative hands.
On the challenges board there will be a different host for each day of the week, and a new challenge every day!!! We will even have a crossover challenge with the Stamping/cardmaking board on Tuesdays!
I will be bopping in to add a couple of extra challenges along the way.
Your first 29-4-29 challenge is to GET READY!!!
Do you have enough glue? cardstock? photos printed?
If you are a kitter, do you have enough kits to create 29 projects?
Enough space on your desk or table or counter to do your magic?
Have you chosen a project to work on from start to finish in February? Hey, 29 pages or 29 cards would make a sweet accomplishment!
Speaking of sweet [or salty]--do you have enough snacks squirrelled away to sustain you through a month of daily crafting?
We will also be signing up teams again for February. Team members earn points for their teams every time they create something--no matter what size! And then you earn additional points for sharing your creation with us. And for encouraging everyone else by commenting on THEIR creations. So if you are planning on crafting every day anyway, you may as well sign up for a team and share the fun! I will get the sign up thread up before this next weekend.
