For dinner tonight I made this Creamy Gnocchi Soup in the IP and it was fabulous! It went together very quickly too. I cooked the bacon for it in the air fryer while getting the rest of it ready. |

That looks divine, TFS! I don't have an IP, but I'm sure I can convert it to a normal pot or my Thermomix.

I looked over the recipe and I'm trying to decide if the Trader Joe's "outside in" gnocchi I happen to have in the freezer would work in this. I'm leaning toward incompatible at the moment, so I'll have to pick up the normal style. Thanks for posting!

I made this today - very easy and yummy!  My only word of caution is to be careful where you place your IP. When it came time to release the pressure, a fountain of thick potato water exited the valve and coated the back of my stovetop, the canister of utensils I keep next to the stove, and the underside of my over-the-range microwave. I finally threw a towel over it, but I spent a good bit of time cleaning the kitchen afterwards. I put back 3 single-serve containers in the freezer - we’ll see if it freezes okay. |
