I guess we're winding up the Ebola craze and I'm just going to ignore the elections. But I'm really looking forward to a ride on the Jodi Arias crazy train. Anyone else? Burning Feather, you know you are too!

LOL. It's not televised and is just the penalty phase. I don't think there is a chance that a pretty young woman who even has the slightest hint of a abuse defense will get the DP so we'll be hearing about her for a long time.
As much as I support the DP this one is life in prison. No doubt in my mind.
It will more than likely be televised in December or January when it is over. So maybe if the weather sucks I'll catch up.
I'll probably follow a podcast on coverage though if I can find one

I was wondering why they all didn't just agree on a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole and save the family anymore pain. Then I realized this is Jodi Arias we are talking about there is no way she would have agreed to that. The girl thinks she will be out in 5 years, and is loving the attention. Jen

She is a hoot......I feel bad for anyone that sits on the jury, let alone the judge and all others involved. Lock her up and lose the key!

Wait....what??? why another trial??? It's just the retrial of the penalty phase. The first one was a hung jury. It will determine life or death although I have a feeling she still feels like there's some chance she will walk away. Like I said above I actually support and believe in the death penalty (and I'm not going to get into a discussion about why or what ifs) but I don't think there's a single chance she'll get death and it's just a waste of money in this case. (Me? I would have no problem voting death for her but most people aren't as in favor of it as I am and would have a hard time for someone like her.)

Oh, I can't believe it's not televised. I'll admit to being fascinated by this trial. I'm rarely pulled in by this kind of stuff but Jodi Arias and whats her face from Florida held my attention, not so much for the crimes but for the responses of the public and the jury.
