I just sat down to get my cards ready to ship to Cards for Soldiers. Yes, I keep putting it off. Probably nerves/intimidation since it’s my first time donating Dumb I know! These are the cards I made in January This is huge for me as I’m working on overcoming my perfectionist tendencies. Which is part of why I’m such a slow crafter! Using sketches and sheet load of cards has really helped me get more out of my crafting time. This is 54 cards. I should have 60+ cards to add by the end of this month!

Love that koala! They're all great, very cheerful, but that little guy caught my eye. Die cut or cut file?
I get the hesitation. It took me a while to get to where I could send a donation without too much second guessing. You know they'll love and appreciate them but it's hard anyway.
Also packing stuff to mail is a pain in the butt, and I say that as a very regular postal customer, in person and online. I've gotten their online portal figured out for priority mail click n ship, my charity addresses are saved at usps.com so I can fill out the form online, print a label, stick it on the box, and drop it off... and it's still a bit of a pain!

Thank you The koala is a Cricut cut, I think from one of the critters cartridges. I want to make more with characters, but they take much longer to make And thank you for understanding that newbie fear! You nailed it I’m lucky that dh does most of my postal runs since he works nights. But yes, the packing feels like a pain too! Man I’m lazy

Thank you leeny craftmepink and @kendramage I’m really enjoying doing the cards and using the different sketches. And trying to work my way through some of my ridiculous stash!

Great cards. I had to get over perfectionism, too. The little oopsies are what make handmade cards unique.

I love your cards! Do you have a link for info on sending cards? I have a hard time posting links from my iPad But when dh wakes up I’ll grab the link on the desktop. They have a blog, greetingcardsforsoldier.blogspot.com and a Facebook group, Cards for Soldiers This will be my first time sending in cards, but another pea does and I’ll tag her in case she has any advice.
