UPDATE -
I emailed them one last time to see if they had figured out what the problem was. At this point either fix the issue or I can shop somewhere else. After another few emails. *I* am able to figure out that the one die set I needed didn't have a weight attached to it, so no shipping was about to be given. I could add other items to my cart and get shipping. Just not on this one die set.
I emailed them AGAIN, pointing this out and they were able to fix the issue.
Honestly? I probably won't order from them again. No thanks for figuring out the issue or anything. NO ONE must have been ordering this die set because I made multiple accounts with different addresses and could never get a shipping price.
While I love their designs, a customer should not have to be figuring out their website issues for free. So much headache for a $12 die. Ugh.

Has anyone ordered from The Stamp Market? I am trying to place an order but it keeps saying there are no shipping options for my address.
Its a home address, US. I have checked that everything is good. Ive tried just paying with PayPal and bypassing their shipping and it wont let me.
Anyone else have this issue before?

That's annoying mom. I've ordered from the Stamp Market and had it shipped to me without issue. The error message you're getting sounds like a similar one mentioned on the Papertrey Ink website a while back and I think it was something to do with USPS rather than the website in question.

Yes! Email them. Their site kept telling me my address didn't exist, even though I had ordered before and had an account. It was during a sale and they contacted me almost immediately (I think it was a Sunday) and manually invoiced me.

Does the zip code have those last four digits added on? I ordered from a place once and they emailed me that they had a shipping issue on their end because when I entered my info, it automatically tacked on the four additional digits when I checked out using paypal. I believe I had to resubmit my order with just the five digit zip.

mom It could be a store glitch, but a lot of stores use Google services to verify addresses. If you list your address differently than Google does, or they've changed how the address is listed (Google is constantly updating addresses), you can get a conflict that it doesn't exist or can't be verified. It can be something as simple as St. instead of Street. You can try seeing how Google maps lists your address, and you can also submit an edit to Google if you don't agree with how they have it listed. Good Luck!

I did not have a shipping issue with them, but an account login problem. It kept telling me my password was incorrect. Then it would send me an email to change it which would just bring me back to the same page. I emailed them 3x and contacted them through FB. Never heard back from them at all! My order did arrive, but I'm glad I didn't have any other problem because I would have been screwed! Maybe they have a site issue they aren't even aware of?

Their reply was 'sometimes shipping options don't come up if any item doesn't have the correct weight with it'. Ummm ok. Hows that going to help me? They have the dies so its not like I can weigh them myself. They are making it really hard for me to spend money with them (actually, they are making it impossible). So I have given up for now. They dont seem to be too worried that I cannot order from them.

I just dont understand how they can attempt to fix anything with the information they asked for (just my address). I dont get it, at all. In my opinion their website sucks. I hate that most of their product pics are far away and at an angle. It is really hard to get a good look at what they are selling. Its also very hard to navigate on my iPad. So the fact that touve had this much trouble does not surprise me.
i love their Instagram page and the Sami,es they list but ugh I hate their website.

So I have given up for now. They dont seem to be too worried that I cannot order from them. This seems to be the case of a lot of companies like this that I try to order from. Cranberry Cat, Ali Edwards, and another one that I forget the name of, but a smaller online company. I reached out I don't know how many times to Ali Edwards for clarification about my order, and got the weirdest vague response. I stressed that I was not going to be able to shop there if they could not give me the info I needed and they were like, "Oh well..." It's too bad, because there are a lot of little companies I'd like to spend my small scrapbook budget at.

I agree with both of you - their website sucks. I did finally get my order but it was only after the headache of getting a shipping price and then I had to reset my password and the link they emailed me automatically for password reset took me back to the page where you request to be sent a link to get your password changed. So it was a complete circle & no way of actually getting your password changed. SMH. I finally emailed them (again) and she manually reset it.
