Is it this weekend? I happen to be going there from Thurs to Mon. If it's on Friday maybe I'll stop by and see what they have.

I almost went! But I really can't afford it so I have to wait until next time (I'm from out of town about 3 hours away so it's quite the trip for me). Hopefully next time!

Yes, going up Thurs, attend the Make N Take crop...spend the night, then all day Friday and drive home Friday night. I don't normally go to the Sacramento one but I missed my local expo this year. I usually hit at least two a year.

I wish I could! I missed the Santa Clara one this summer and was hoping to catch this one, but I have too much going on this weekend and it's a 2+ hour drive.

Just got back. We loved the most of the make and take crop. We got 11 kits with instructions. One vendor did not show up (Spellbinders) and another project was not our style. We thought this was the best way to experiment without having to stand in line at the vendor's booths to try out the products. Plus of course, we bought their stuff when we went shopping. I did mention to a vendor while we were in line to get something to drink that I thought the vendor portion keeps shrinking. He said that the Expo uses a formula based on ticket sales so that they don't get a lot of vendors selling the same thing and then none of them make money.

I was there yesterday and getting ready to go back this morning. I noticed also that there was a smaller number of vendors, but I still managed to spend a "little bit" of money. Did you see the wall bed that turned into a scrapping station? That was just cool.

I have found that the very first time I went many years ago, I had to have everything! Now I am very picky. I wander through first, then go back and make my purchases. I did see the bed and the other furniture. I really wish I had space in my house for any one of those! Have a great time.
