Not sure about this one as all three projects on the blog so far look very similar. I was thinking the same. It looks like it will be layering stamps for the grass and tree, sand garden, plus dies for the tree and lantern. A few different sentiments. Maybe a couple of ink cubes? It's pretty, and you could do different kinds of trees with whatever inks you owned, but it's pretty one-note. I'm thinking of what Scott from Card Cut Ups will say, because he doesn't like to do the same card a bunch of times with just a color change. I think he'll struggle to make 10 distinct cards with this one unless he turns the foliage into something completely different. Shipping late too. I think a lot of people might pass. |

It is actually tempting. I can see using it for four seasons, depending on the colours you use. I don't have a layered stamp set for grass OR trees... Hmmm...

I just ordered it. The minute I saw it I knew I had to have it - I haven't been this excited for stamps and/or a kit in a long time! My son is planning on going to university in Japan next year and loves all things Japanese so I already have a ton of ideas for cards for him as well as for scrapbooking/PL with it. I ordered a bunch of the add-ons, as well, because they were all Japan-themed. Plus it's all just so pretty! So glad to see your post, pinklady! |

I ordered the kit. I LOVE all the pink cherry blossom trees that Ive seen with the kit. This kit is right up there with the layered ocean kit from a few years ago and my all time favorite.
i can’t wait to get it.

Even if my son wasn't going to Japan, I still love cherry blossoms - we don't have them where we live, but when we drive through the US in the early spring we see them and love them. I've loved all of the samples shown on all of the blogs for this kit, too. |

I just finished watching her video and I'm tempted but I think I'm going for the die she used in the second card along with that background stamp. I think I'll get more use out of them. |

I got my shipping notice Monday afternoon/evening, then this AM got the email that Hero Arts is closing for a few weeks. My tracking hasn't updated beyond them printing the shipping label, so I probably won't get it until they reopen, right?
