What the hell???
I was at the National War Memorial last week. We stopped to chat with some of the sailors who weren't actively on honour guard duty (it was he Navy's turn to stand guard when we were there).
Apparently the shooter is still at large. link
On Monday two Canadian soldiers were hit by a ht-and-run driver and one of them was killed. The driver was later killed by police and confirmed to be a radical who was mad that Canada is supporting the US in fighting ISIL.
I hope the victim of today's violence survives and that they catch this guy fast.
