I guess I would have to try it if they become commercially available, just because it's something new ....but I'm not sure I would care for it as I don't really like fizzy water.

I don't thing so. I really just want my fruit to be...well...fruit - not something that's been messed with to give me an experience.

I would probably try it but I don't know if I want an apple to fizz in my mouth it sounds a little strange. Do you think they started out trying to make an apple that fizzed or was it an accidental discovery. I mean who sits down and says "Lets make an apple that fizzes."

My first thought was it had been tampered with chemically, so no I wouldn't touch it. But after reading that it's been bred by crossing 2 other types of apple then yes, I would absolutely love to try it. I love trying new foods, as long as they're not more chemical than natural.

A few years ago the food network had a show called Unwrapped and they had a segment about a company called Fizzy Fruit. My kids wanted to try it but I couldn't find it. I was talking to one of my friends Mom's and she said they did this when she was young. I make this for baby and bridal showers or just when my kids want them. www.youtube.com/watch?v=7uzdQ3PQhToJennifer
