This post about great customer service made me think of something great that happened to me a few years ago when I was in Las Vegas. I had to visit Viva Las VegaStamps while I was there. While browsing their awesome store, I saw a beautiful large wood-mounted stamps. I asked the owners (very nice people, btw) if they had an unmounted version, since I would be unmounting it anyway. The wife asked me to wait a minute while she checked. She came back in less than a minute and told me that her husband was MAKING me one! I told her that he didn't have to go through all that trouble, and she said it was no trouble and would only take about 5 minutes. Five minutes later, I had my custom made unmounted stamp, which was still warm, in my hands. It's so beautiful, and it was also less money. I was very impressed by their customer service, and I highly recommend their store and website. Who's next?

I was on the hunt for a discontinued stamp + die set. I found Hallmark Scrapbook had one of each in their sale section. So sale price, fast shipping, and both from the same store. Yay me! Well then I got an email that the stamp set was sold-out and did I still want to buy the dies or did I want a refund for both? I thought that was very nice of them because I once purchased a larger item at a different store, and since I was already paying shipping I threw in another small item. Well they were out of stock of the larger item and they still shipped me the smaller item for a shipping price that I would NOT have paid for ONE item! So yay Hallmark Scrapbook

Elsie from Feed Your Craft has twice helped me out with a kit when I didn’t buy it, it was sold out, and later I checked if she had any extras.

Mines not quite as personal of a story but I wanted to give a shout out to My Favorite Things. I placed an order Wednesday evening, that was enough to get free shipping. Friday, Fed Ex dropped of a Fed Express envelope with my order. That was amazing to me! I was so excited to get to play with my new goodies today.

I ordered some of the Felicity Jane Noel Holiday stuff. I got two items that I didn’t order in place of two items I didn’t receive. I emailed her and let her know—she shipped the missing items and I got them in a couple days. She also told me to keep the other items. One of the items was a stamp set, so not cheap items. I was impressed with her quick response and her quick shipping to make it right. I’m sure she was crazy busy that time of year. Plus, all of the items I received were great quality. I’d totally order from Felicity Jane again.

I posted recently about Queen and Company finding me a few extras of a discontued kit. However, they have also gone the extra mile to fix a mistake really fast. The last time I ordered from them, the kit had the wrong stamp set. I emailed them a photo along with my explanation of the mistake, and they sent out the correct stamp set super fast. Their shipping time is faster than any other company that I have bought from, and their customer service is the best!
