I remember years ago getting into an argument on another online forum with someone who was a professional reseller. She would go and clear stores out of X item, resell them, and claim she was performing a service, even though what she was really doing was earning money by making it much harder for me to find what I want :/.
Anyhow, at least she was reselling fun things. This guy is gross. His neighbors should shun him.

The Tennessee Attorney General has issued him a cease and desist letter and is investigating him. I hope he is penalized.

The police should officially confiscate his sanitizer hoard, but instead of taking it anywhere or fining him, then they should set up a trestle table outside his house, and and make him give away single bottle for FREE.
He should have to stay there until every bottle is gone and he personally handed them all out telling every person he was sorry for his actions.
Never going to happen, but would be the perfect punishment he gets too see his potential profit vanish with every bottle as well as see all of the people he "stole" from.

He got grief from resellers in FB groups.
Some one took several (like 30) large boxes of masks to a local auction house. Auctioneer (after several comments) said he paid the seller what he wanted ($210) out of his own pocket and would donate them. I don't think they were the kind hospitals use.

Amazon got him!!! He has donated it all!! He planned to sell 18,000 bottles of sanitizer. Then Amazon stepped in
