Anyone have both of these? How do they compare? I have had the Scotch- red one- for several years and have been buying tape from Tape Depot. Most of the time, I don't have any trouble with the rolls fitting and rolling smoothly. But just about every roll out of the last 12 rolls have been "warped" and don't fit snugly on the roller. I have contacted Tape Depot and they are sending replacement rolls. Was thinking about ordering their gun- it's not $35 and free shipping. I make mini-albums and go through a lot of tape!

I use the Tape Depot tape.
I purchased an orange gun from there and used it for a while but then it started having problems. I then purchased a pink Scotch ATG gun and like it much better. It seems to work more smoothly.
The pink gun also has a picture of how to thread the tape on the inside of the gun. I look at it every time I replace my tape. The Tape Depot brand gun didn't have this.
