Emma123 emailed me back! She stated the following:
We work to make sure our products meet the highest quality standard and, most importantly, we stand behind our products, so we will try to make this right.
They have offered to send me a new All in one tool!!!! I kindly accepted and sent my mailing info.
What great customer service. This company deserves kudos for standing behind their products. They are number one in my books!
I bought the WRMK All in one tool. I waited 4 weeks for this sucker to come in. I gently opened the package, read all the instructions and one by one tried and tested each feature this amazing tool promised me I would use and enjoy. Then it happened!!! without even touching it, the bottom left punch blew apart. It scared the cr*p out of me because I wasn't even looking at it. The housing that holds the punch together exploded from the pressure of the springs and the plastic broke. This punch was what rounded the corners after making an envelope. I spent the next 20 mins figuring out how it broke then trying to put this back together and there was no way. Short of welding it, the plastic was broken beyond repair. The next day, I hauled this piece of junk back to the LSS and they gave me a full refund.
Will I buy this again? I haven't decided. I really liked all the features and I wanted it to take to crops. To say I was bummed was an understatement because I have always loved scrappy tools. I've been scrapping for 25 yrs and have never bought a product that crapped out so fast.

WOW, hockeyfan06! That was weird. And scary. Glad you got your money back. I think you should notify WRMK of what happened. They need to KNOW!

If you google them you can probably find "Contact Us" link to get an email address AND maybe a phone number. When my Vagabond quit working, I found the phone number for cs at Sizzix and that was how I ended up getting a replacement machine.

If I have the time, maybe I'll search. At this point I received my full refund and the LSS will ship it back to WRMK, so they will know about it that way.

Wow, that's crazy that it exploded like that! Here's the contact page for WRMK, if it helps, so you don't have to search for the info.

Wow, that sucks! I’ve never heard of a punch doing that, but I guess if there’s a weakness in the plastic structure... ! Scary! Hopefully it’s not an issue that affects a lot of them. That could be very dangerous. Glad you weren’t hurt.

It’s too bad they were gobbled up by AC a while back. WRMK was famous for their great tools. At least you got a refund.

I sent an email to the address provided by Emma123. I really liked the concept of this tool. I knew I would use all the features when I went to crops. I was surprised this happened because I have other wrmk tools and they are of high quality and never had an issue.
Thanks everyone for listening.

I found the circle cutter at TM a few weeks ago. I pulled it out last night and within maybe two minutes, I had two circles. I have seen people on FB who couldn't get theirs to work. I wonder if the company that manufacturers the brand isn't too particular about quality control.

Awesome update, hockeyfan06! And awesome customer service! Basically what Sizzix did for me. At first they asked me to return the defective machine, but when they found out I was not in the USA, they said they would simply send a replacement. And they did it TWICE. (The first replacement was an original version, which jammed itself as well after some use. My 3rd Vagabond, which is "2nd generation" is still working--fingers crossed)
