We watched the first episode of Dead to Me and liked it. I know, we're late to the party. Hope you enjoy Dead To Me; my husband and I did ! This week finished Liar (Netflix Seasons ‘17 & ‘20 - 6E Each). We enjoyed this also. Happy Weekend ! Boo hoo. We don’t have Liar in Canada. I’ll keep my eye out for it. Darn.

DS and I have started rewatching Lillyhammer on Netflix. I think Steven Van Zandt is a genius in this one. It's full of such great characters, and the music is fantastic. I'm enjoying it just as much the second time round. This is my number one sleeper series. Loved it. Fabulous music.

DH and I watched After Life last week and loved it. Ricky Gervais is so good.
We're now just starting season three of Line of Duty. It's an excellent show.
I might not have ever watched either one if I hadn't read about them here.

I watched The Best of Men on Prime. Based on a true story, it’s about a doctor during WW2 who completely changed the way we treat spinal injuries. Much more entertaining than I can describe.
Series 1 of Hidden on Prime. Also The Fall. Both mysteries, and very good.

I’ve been watching Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. ❤️

I will definitely need to watch Norsemen ... I have a huge crush on him (so does DH)!

I might not have ever watched either one if I hadn't read about them here.<sigh> We think Line of Duty is one of the best British Crime Dramas out there. And this is exactly why I started this thread. I've gotten so many good ideas of what to watch from it.

Can I suggest that we list the streaming service along with the series itself?

I've been thoroughly enjoying "The Repair Shop" on Netflix. It's a group of artisans that repair broken family heirlooms. The group are so loving to the items that come in. It's just a feel-good show. I limit myself to just a few episodes a day because I don't want it to end.

We've been watching Unforgotten and Fortitude on Amazon Prime. Unforgotten, a Brit crime drama, has two detectives investigating cold cases; I'm a fan of Nicola Walker and she doesn't disappoint. Fortitude is more of a horror/thriller series, set in a fictional settlement in arctic Norway. A lot of filming was done in Iceland so the scenery is spectacular. We've enjoyed them.

So strange, but fascinating. I had never heard of this group/town in Oregon. I remember a lot of it going down still found the series absolutely fascinating. Fun fact, the Antelope property is now a Younglife Christian camp. I can't remember if I already mentioned this, but the whole family enjoyed was Padma Lakshmi's Taste the Nation on Hulu.

Gorgeous and weird! We watched Marcella too but I don't recall that Nicola was in it. Could be,I just don't remember... it's been awhile since we watched.

I binged this in a couple sittings. I enjoyed it. Google the updates on the people featured when you finish. Won’t say anything, but interesting...

I need something to watch the next 3 nights - I am up the coast with some teen boys... I loved The Stranger and Dead To Me — any recommendations for similar? I’m currently watching The Politician but need something else. I also love real estate and cooking shows would love to know of any new ones...

If you liked Harlan Coben’s The Stranger, he also has out there The Five and the most recent series, The Woods. I haven’t seen either one. I’ve recently watched the two following series I liked a lot. Liar (Netflix ‘17 & ‘20 E6 Each) 45 Minutes each. GOOD BEHAVIOR (‘16&17 Netflix S1&2 - 10E Each) 60 Minutes each.

It's also Harlan Coben's original Netflix show. It's 6 episodes and you're done! With an ending you will NEVER see coming!

I have Britbox via Prime and just started The Doctor Blake Mysteries. Anyone else watch it? You might want to reconsider that one, the lead actor (Craig McLachlan) is up on multiple charges of sexual misconduct with co-workers and there is a court case pending, allegations include rubbing his penis up against his female costar, forcing his tongue into her mouth etc. There were initially 4 women who are in the court case, plus there are additional women who have come forward. He was sacked from the last series of the show. If you liked Harlan Coben’s The Stranger, he also has out there The Five and the most recent series, The Woods. I haven’t seen either one. I've watched all 3 and finally after The Woods, decided Coben is definitely not for me. While he writes a "whodunnit", but the outcome is "everybody" there's always multiple killers and multiple horrible people involved in other adjacent crimes. If there's 3 dead people, I don't want there to be 4 killers!
