Seriously, Silhouette?

I got an email from Silhouette about the new Cameo.  It included a link that supposedly took you to see the new features of the machine.  Even though I had already read about them, I decided on a whim to click on the link.  It took me to.......an image.  Nothing describing the new features, just a picture of the machine, which only showed the touch screen as opposed to the one on the original Cameo.  Did it mention that it was a touch screen?  No, nor anything else, just the picture.  Not exactly enlightening.

What is going on with them?  It seems that lately Silhouette has been totally messing up in a lot of ways.

I love my Cameo, but the honeymoon with Silhouette is evidently over.
