Glad they didn't wait any longer. Meanwhile my friend has posted pics of hundreds of people at the beach (she got the pics online-she didn't take them herself) in California. Sadly DS has to work still. I can't imagine car dealers are essential (the service dept maybe but not the sales floor). They've reduced the sales floor to 5 people and he is one of them. DD works at Dollar General so her job is essential. Luckily she only works about 3-4 days a week, 6 hours at a time.

Los Angeles County has shut down all of the beaches, parks & golf courses as of yesterday. This on top of everything else that has been ordered.

We've been at our lake house in Indiana since last Thursday. Planning on heading back to Illinois tomorrow night. Good timing. We haven't been out at all for the past 4 days. My DH thinks we should stop at an Indiana grocery store before heading home, but I'm assuming since they announced a lock down, there will not be much left.

My DH thinks we should stop at an Indiana grocery store before heading home, but I'm assuming since they announced a lock down, there will not be much left. Probably depends on the location. I went to one in a small town today and was able to get potatoes, apples, cheese, sugar and pasta. They also had plenty of milk, bread, produce, cereal, and quite a bit of other staples.
