I get my TP from Amazon so I didn't buy any in advance or hoard any or do anything differently. I have a normal supply of hand sanitizer and I didn't buy any extra because I thought I'd have enough and I wanted people who needed it to have it. But I just ran out of my downstairs Chlorox wipes (I have upstairs and downstairs ones) because I am now wiping all my groceries. And I thought to myself, maybe I should be a little more careful with things. And thus, I was a little more careful with the TP than normal today ![](http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r481/2peasrefugees/Smilies/blush.jpg.gif) How about you?

I probably use fully half of what I used to use each time.

I voted other! I am absolutely cutting back for myself. 3 for a pee, 4 for a poo. BUT....I did not factor a new puppy into my TP and paper towel and Clorox wipe supply. ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png)

TP. I have a subscribe and save from Amazon (I use Seventh Generation) so when the virus first broke out here I pushed my early April delivery to come a month eary. It shipped on the 6th. I'm so glad I took that little step as of course Amazon is out now.
Until Covid-19 I never used hand sanitizer or wipes. I've never seen wipes anywhere since the virus began so they're a no-go for me:/ A lovely and amazing Pea sent me 2 bottles of hand sanitizer. I ended up mailing one of those bottles to my son, so I am hoarding what little I have. Who knows when I'll ever actually be able to purchase thse items myself, so yes, I am being very mindful of my sanitizer and TP useage!

I also get it from Amazon....a case every 2-3 months which just arrived in early March and we haven't even broken into it yet. At this point I'm using the same as usual but after going to the grocery store today and still seeing no TP at 2 different stores I may have to make some changes to my wiping habits a few weeks from now. I am wishing I'd bought some hand sanitizer and an extra tub or two of Clorox wipes several weeks ago when I thought everyone was being stupid buying them all up ![::)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/eyesroll.png) Oh well, we have plenty of soap and spray cleaners.

I picked other.
Mostly I am reminding my kids not to grab toilet paper for other things they are used to using it for - if you need to blow your nose, get a Kleenex instead of toilet paper; don’t grab 20 squares of toilet paper because you found an ant in the windowsill; things like that.

Yep, using less. There’s a definite learning curve as just how many squares to wipe with without getting your hands wet. ![](http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r481/2peasrefugees/Smilies/giggle.gif)

I use it in moderation anyway, so we are only going through 1.5 rolls per week for two people. They are the giant rolls though. I figure we're good for a long time.

my DH pointed out to me that I've always been rather 'generous' with my TP usage... and yeah, he's right. So I have been cutting back; I'd say half of what I used to use. AND, starting this past Monday, I've also been working from home. So any trips to the bathroom are now OUR toilet paper instead of the work bathroom, lol!!
I also think I used to get up and walk around the office a LOT-- bathroom, breakroom, etc. just to get away from my desk. I'm not doing that nearly as much now that I'm home as I was before, which is also helpful in the TP department.

A lovely and amazing Pea sent me 2 bottles of hand sanitizer. What a kind gesture! We had little bottles because my Creative Memories adviser always included a bottle in our goodie bag at our semi-annual crops. Theoretically I should have 30 bottles but last year I donated most of them to a ministry that delivers toiletries to the homeless. Interestingly enough, we went to a new home development grand opening the first weekend of March and a lender was handing out little bottles of sanitizer! She said they had ordered them months before with no idea at the time how useful they would be! DH, DS and I all took one! Oh, and by the way, I bought a 9-roll package of Mega Charmin rolls today at Target! ![](http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r481/2peasrefugees/Smilies/thumbup.jpg.gif)

I am in the "no" category, but not necessarily "not paying attention at all". Growing up, my mom always made sure we were using only what we needed. No wrapping around the hand or grabbing a big wad of it, and to this day I still use what is needed.
I do watch that I'm not grabbing it for that ladybug-looking bug in the bathroom, or if the cat spits up a hairball. Using more suitable alternatives, depending on what the situation is. I have noticed that I'm using a little more Kleenex because of this.
*TMI Alert* - We're going through about a roll a week, which is just a little more than normal because I'm working from home. DH is still going into work 5-6 days/week.

on a related note, I am very brand-loyal with my toilet paper- I prefer Quilted Northern (not the ultra-plush kind) so knowing I'll probably have to buy whatever I can find in the store is also causing me to limit my TP use.

I voted other- I am using the same amount but I do think about it sometimes- like at what point in my stash will I need to consider changing my habits? I have a fairly decent supply though. As a mom to three dds, having a lot of TP on hand has just always been my MO. 😂

No. Around the time I started hearing about the rush on TP I realized that we were down to 2 extra rolls so I bought a pack at Sams...haven't gotten into the Sams package yet. However, I am the only female in a house of four people, DH is still working full-time, and I'm working 2.5 days a week, so we don't go through a lot anyway.

I’ve rolled a few squares back on the roll this week. I did an inventory today. We have 60 rolls. There is definitely less on one than on a US roll, but I was warned not to use US toilet paper here because if the toilet got blocked, they would blame it on the US TP. So I’m using the Belgian version of Cottonelle here. I’m estimating that we use 4-5 rolls a week, so my stash should last 3 months. We will replenish our supply the next time we go to a Belgian grocery store in 3-4 weeks.

We bought a 24-pack when my family came to stay just before Christmas. They left at New Year. 3 weeks ago we still had 16 rolls left. DH bought another pack of 9 cheaper ones just in case, and we've got through 4 of those since then. We have plenty.

Plus I had a decent supply built up way before any of this happened so I didn’t even need to buy any extra once the proverbial **** hit the fan. But I have cautioned DD that she should probably watch how much she uses especially when she’s only peeing. That Wheel of Fortune meme is pretty much right on target for her. I keep reminding her, “You’re nine and you have a tiny butt. You don’t NEED two yards of toilet paper to wipe!”

I had just bought a couple big packs before it all got bad. Right now we have 53 rolls (Charmin extra soft). Never in my life have I ever known how much we have, or how much we use. I counted six days ago, and we’ve used up 5.5 rolls. So three of us are going through a roll a day! Eek! I ordered a bidet from Tushy! I’m hoping it will help cut our usage significantly.
